If I could give 20 stars I would. This place was just great! I won't be going anywhere else for my soccer gear again. The one downside would be their actual website. Not very good. Not that a website has to be perfect but it helps. I heard about the store from some soccer mates but when I went to the website I was hesitant. My soccer mates assured me this was the place to go though, they weren't wrong. So don't judge this store by it's website and check it out! I walk in and was greeted with big smiles and super friendly people. They asked me right away what I was looking for. I let them know was looking for a new pair of turfs. I was lead over to the section for turfs and then asked my size. He disappears in the back and returns with 6-7 different styles. He proceeds to take a shoe out and loosen the laces for me to try on. As I start trying on a shoe he starts telling me about the diff styles. I was sold on the second one I tried. I know it may sound like a salesman trying hard to make a sale but it was all sincere and professional. After picking out the turfs I literally wanted to give this guy a hug. I usually don't do reviews for retail stores but the experience I had here I just had to. And for my other reviews I usually add for folks to not take my word and see for yourself but you should definitely go see for yourself. read more

This is my go to place for soccer gear for my child. Right when we entered, the customer service is phenomenal! They make sure that my son has the right size cleats and they utilized different methods to ensure that it's a comfy fit. Also, they have all the cleats and equipment you need in one store. We especially enjoyed the 1:1 attention given by the younger male associate with dark hair as he was on point with his amazing customer service and helped my son tremendously. I really respected his support as my son has sensory challenges so his tone of voice (mild tone and ease with kids) really helped my little one. We've been to dick's in the past and I did not enjoy having to chase sales associates to get help, and then some of them wouldn't even give you the time of day after you ask for help. I am generalizing so I apologize, but that's how our past experience with big retail sport stores were like. I'm supporting small businesses like this bc we've always been welcomed and acknowledged. Soccer Stuff to the Rescue! We had ordered soccer cleats for our daughter online. We got them on a Wednesday and she tried them on when she got home at 6:15PM. They did not fit properly, too small. We drove to Soccer Stuff in Acton. We made it at 6:30 just after they closed. They must have seen my daughters tear stained face and took pity on us, because Brian let us in! He took incredible care of us. Not only sizing her feet but bringing out 4-5 different styles and brands for her to try. She tried all of them on and found one that fit perfectly! This is a soccer store. It is awesome. I've been coming here for several years, even though i now live over 30 min away. Why? Best selection, range of pricing, good products, always have stuff in stock. The large stores will have limited selection after the season starts. These guys will have it all the time. Stopped in recently mid-season when my kid blew out his shoes. They brought out 6 different options for him to try. They took their time with him and he got his selection. I perhaps shop there too much. The sign should probably say "welcome to Soccer Stuff, Lawrence". I am not sure what other store lets you kick around a ball in the store to see if you like the cleats you are trying on. This shop is a gem. It is a family-owned business that only sells soccer-related products. You would think that they would be more expensive than chain sporting goods stores, but they are not. The prices are competitive. Soccer Stuff has the best selection of high quality soccer socks that I have seen. The cleats and other gear is all high quality. There is a fairly large collection of national team shirts. Everyone who works there really knows a lot about their products. The level of knowledge is far greater than you get in a store that does not specialize. I like how they help me find what I am looking for and don't try to sell me stuff. If they don't have what you are looking for, they try and find it. Soccer Stuff is one of the places that I can't live without. read more

The return policy is RIDICULOUS and they aren't nice about it. Spent over $200 on a pair of cleats and my daughter wore them about 6 times and they came open in the toe. But because 3 months had passed (two of them off for summer with no play) they wouldn't do anything. Never again. I'll be at Dick's!! read more

I stopped in to Soccer Stuff yesterday to purchase cleats and shinguards for my 5 year old twins. I was blown away by the staff's attentiveness as well as their expertise. They were able to get us in and out quickly, with the right equipment and with smiles all around. It really makes me feel good to support a local store, more so when they do and AWESOME job. Buying online is good when you know exactly what size you need, what brand you want etc. When you want/need that personal touch and experience there is no substitute for a top notch local business. Wow, REALLY overpriced. I know good cleats are available for under $40, but come here if you want to spend more than $140 for your kid to get cleats for that will fit for maybe one season. Also the owner is kind of a jerk but thankfully he's not there most of the time. And the store website is utterly useless. read more

A great little store with a big selection of boots and all sorts of jerseys and accessories. I went there today to find indoor shoes for my 4 year old daughter, you have to start them off early if you want them to go to college on the free. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. All the adult boots are of high quality and you wont find just the bottom of the line ones and a couple mid range models like in the big stores, this place has everything from sambas to predators and everything in between. Looked up this place yesterday, read the reviews, and went today. I was not disappointed. Go. to. Soccer Stuff. Period. Seriously, I am going to recommend this place to everyone and the players I coach. WAY more selection than Dick's or Sports Authority and the prices are about what you are going to find on Amazon, except you don't have to wait for it to ship. Plus, they have a great selection of jerseys from all sorts of clubs and national teams. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and know their product as well as the game. I really don't know where else people get their soccer stuff. This is really the only place I've ever been to with my soccer players, and I've been coming here for almost 10 years. With my last child I came a month ago to get his soccer cleats and other soccer paraphernalia. (Had I known I was going to have yet another soccer player in the family, I would not have passed his older siblings' stuff along!) So, moving along, they specialize in this stuff and know how to take care of you, no question. When I was here last, I chatted with a couple of woman who are in adult soccer leagues, one of whom was trying out cleats for herself as well as there for her teenaged athlete. It's a little scary, but I kind of look for excuses to go to this store. I don't even play soccer! My husband went in to buy a pair of Neymar cleats for his son and before the salesperson would get them for him to try on he asked him if he had the $300 to pay for them, meaning he didn't think my husband had the money to pay. I think that is horrible customer service and you should never treat someone like that.
