We were referred to Neal Pest Control by my in-laws who have used them previously. This past spring/summer we noticed some ants within our home and wanted them to be professionally treated to avoid any recurrence or issues. Neal scheduled an appointment to come out and treat the issue and from the initial interaction has been nothing but positive to deal with. On the initial visit they discussed the options around a one-time treatment or an annual service plan that would both take care of the issue of the day and would provide a quarterly visit on a go-forward basis both for preventative treatment and for any new issues noticed. With a cost-friendly annual offering, we opted for that service and have been thoroughly impressed with the level of service. During the pandemic, any inside treatments and visits are handled with a mask and safety in mind and we have not had any recurrence of ants. A great, local company and one definitely worth checking out. Highly recommend the annual plan as its cost-effective, easy to budget for and provides good peace of mind. I had my home appraised recently by an appraiser with 30 years experience appraising homes.I had no idea who to call for the pest control issues; ants mice and a much needed complete pest inspection. I ask the appraiser who he recommended. He said the name Neal Pest Control. And ...Neal came today. Soooo kind! You know when you meet a new service guy and he is super nice, super honest, super kind and very much into his specialty? Well that's the guy I met today named Neal. I forgot to mention how clean and professional he looked. I'm not the easiest person to please and expect a lot, (so I have been told).But I'm no KAREN. LOL. Anyway for free he checked out inside and outside of my home he discussed with me what I needed and offered me a one time service charge to take care of some issues. Did I accept that? NO. Why? I wasn't going to let this guy go. So instead I signed a one-year contract because I know that he will come by and check every few months, he's thorough and thats what I need. I had a little mouse problem so I called Neal Pest Control. They came out pretty quick and did the job. They are very friendly and respectful, and they don't try to shove contracts down your throat. I did get the contract, but it was my own doing. I would highly recommend. read more

Neal Pest control preformed a termite on a mobile home I was purchasing. The contract clearly states that a thorough inspection of the area was done and guarantees their work. Two months later and we are doing some work in the same area. We discover that it is infested with Carpenter Ants. Had the service been done properly; it would have killed them too. The contract states they treated for wood eating pest. We contacted them. When they finally called back 2 weeks later; they refused to do anything about the problem or honor their contract. I wonder how many other seniors they have cheated. read more
