We had a deep clean of our home done today. The onboarding process was thorough and the owner was very kind and friendly. Today, the team was prompt and professional. Our home has not been this clean since we purchased it. The value was incredible. I don't mean it was inexpensive, but I was confident that the company is insured and licensed and that the cleaners are proper employees being paid a living wage. Plus, I think when it comes to services, you get what you pay for! (As someone once told me, I don't find my dentist on Groupon .... ) I will definitely be calling on their services again! read more

Had a really great experience until Katarina broke something and then lied about it not realizing we could hear her lying on the phone to her boss about what happened. Luckily I happened to be home when she broke it. Would not recommend ever allowing that individual into your home as part of a cleaning team. It wasn't so much the $144 item she broke, which they did replace, but the outright lying about it and trying to pretend she hadn't broken it. I would never feel comfortable having her in my home again. read more

We had Rachel from Custom Cleaning give us a quote on our 2200 sq ft townhome. She was very nice, walked the entire home for about 15-20 minutes and gave us an assessment. What she gave us shocked me. She said it would take 2 girls 13 hours to clean the house, it would be $325. Now, don't get me wrong, our house isn't the cleanest - but that's why we needed someone to come out and clean it. In our previous house in Jensen Beach (1700 sq ft) , it took our cleaning lady 5 hours to clean it, by herself !!! - which cost $75. I tried to tell her that this was not a fair assessment and I would consider to negotiate at a lower price ($200). She told us that $200 would not be enough to clean our house. I am going to continue to look for other cleaning services in the area, however, if you are looking for a reasonable quote, I would not give Custom Cleaning of the Palm Beaches a call Thank you Rachel for your "professional" reply. Your comments verify my initial instinct to move on with a different company - which we have done so and saved over $100 with the exact description Rachel indicated in her comments of a "top to bottom" cleaning service. If you want to save over 30% and being called out on Social Media from a classless wannabe entrepreneur as a " very well lived in" home, I would recommend giving Christina a call over at Luxury Maids. They do a fine job and are very professional. read more

Rachel came out and looked at our home and gave us a price. It is 2000' sf. I was very honest her that we were looking for every three weeks or monthly. Rachel would never call to schedule a time or date. I always had to reach out to her. The first few times the girls did a good job. Then I noticed, they would take down my sticky notes I had placed on items that needed cleaning and not clean the item. Then they lied to me on more than one occasion regarding cleaning wood floors with the cleaner. In fact they never opened the bottle. The final straw was when the lady lied about cleaning the fronts of my kitchen cabinets. She said I cleaned them. I ran my fingers over them and they were loaded with dust. I called Rachel she said she would address the issue. Came time for the girls to come clean again and they had nothing available. Moral of the cleaning company story, is Rachel doesn't really care about what cleaning ladies clean or not clean.... Basically, they want to clean for 2:15 minutes and nothing more. read more
