I had only done Lagree one other time, and it was very intimidating, but Kelsey made it VERY approachable. Her cues were amazing, and her feedback during the class was very encouraging to me as a newcomer. She came up to me after and thanked me for coming and honestly, she is a HUGE reason I'll be coming back! This studio is so big, and it's well kept! It's a drive for me (About 20-min), but I do think it's worth it to get the type of class I did. Lastly, the music was FIIRE! Excited to come back soon!

Emily also explained each movement in a way that was easy to understand and follow. I appreciated that although i'm newer to pilates, I never felt out of place or behind. I felt like we were all at different fitness levels and there was a comfortability and encouragement in that. The studio itself was cool, it was in a garage style space. It was nice to have the garage door open to get that fresh air and breeze. There was also lots of parking which was nice! Jessica was our instructor. She was very welcoming and directed us very well. Throughout the class she checked our form to make sure we did everything right. I do feel like she tried to kill us at times and my oldest did say that the class was tougher than usual so we just happened to come on the right day. LOL We had a blast and we were in immediate pain and complained for days. The studio is super cute and has amazing lighting. Overall a great experience and would come back if in the area!

My muscles feel like jello after the workout, which is always a sign that they were pushed hard! This was my first lagree class and I liked it! I love the machine and how easy it is to use. The studio itself is sooooo cute, clean, and peaceful. It's decorated super cute and it makes you feel right at home. They also have cubbies for your stuff, a water filling station, and provide wipes to clean the machines afterwards. There's also lots of parking around, so it was super easy to find a spot. There are 5 reformers so the instructors can keep a close eye on your form throughout class. I've been coming here since May 2025 and have noticed the instructors constantly update the routines and incorporate some other apparatus as well according to your experience/level. The classes are easy to book and regularly updated. The memberships and website are also easy to navigate. I love that they have fun events like Pilates and Soundbath that they hold regularly, and it's a very nice way to meet other Pilates enthusiasts and community members. Shoutout to Julie, Kenzie, and Tegan Parking is spacious at Mesa Verde Plaza, and there are other establishments that are fun to try out around it too.

They showed me where I could grab my props for the class (I grabbed some blocks and a strap). The space is beautiful. Very open and calm. Not too many people in the class which made the flow more enjoyable. I did a Vinyasa Flow through ClassPass in the morning. Lots of different variations of poses to match your level which was very helpful in making progressions. I liked the different types of music tracks used for this class. A whole hour went by very quickly. I would recommend Hello Yoga if you're looking for a chill relaxing studio that offers many different classes. I would be interested in trying their Metal Yoga in the future which is yoga to metal music!

About 2-3 years ago I worked down the street from this location and while driving home I would…read morethink about how great it would be if a yoga studio opened up along my route home and then one day I looked over and saw the sign for Hello Yoga so I like to believe that I manifested this studio. I began attending yoga, yogalates and barre classes and trying out different instructors. I even tried the Metal Yoga and loved it! There used to be a yoga class that incorporated reiki which was awesome (Meera we miss you!) Currently my favorite classes are the sound baths with Missy. They also feature special classes every once in a while for special things like breath work etc. which are quite popular. I really like this studio because it's not one of those impersonal corporate owned places that has a generic big box feel. I hate those places because any time I have done the one free class deal to see if I like it I end up getting hounded by text messages trying to sell me a monthly membership. Hello Yoga is NOT that kind of place. They are so chill here. Hello Yoga is a woman owned small business and you can meet Debra, the owner, and take one of her classes and experience how great she is. She knows what people want and need so she offers all types of options for signing up for classes. You can choose to have a monthly membership, pay for a single class, buy a class pack or use Classpass. There's always plenty of parking in the lot in front of the studio with overflow parking available behind the studio.

They have a little free parking lot which is so helpful for parking. The building itself is cute and aesthetically pleasing. The studio itself is sooooo nicely decorated, inside and out. It's the perfect warm temperature to have hot pilates without it being too hot. They also have a water station in the welcoming area as well as cubbies for your belongings. I took a class with Sasha and she was great! She was so welcoming, personable, and motivating. I endometriosis and took the class on day 1 of my period, which is always awfulllllll. Sasha was motivating but also supportive when I needed to do a lighter version of the exercise or needed breaks :) I loved my experience and will definitely love to return! My only suggestion is more in-person tours or info for new guests. I didn't really know where to put my stuff and if I was new to reformer pilates, I would have had not understood how to use the reformer machines. But all in all, I had an amazing time and got a great workout. I felt so welcomed and really felt like I fit in with the class as a newbie. I have gone to other studios where I felt like a fish out of water with my pilates level, but here I feel like I fit in even at a newer fitness level :)

It's also very inviting and it's refreshing to see something different from the mainstream black and led decor a lot of studios have now. Parking wasn't difficult because we came on a Wednesday afternoon but I can see it being a problem over the weekend. There is a small parking lot shared with other businesses. Workout was great! We did a few moves I've never done before. Heavy legs were challenging and the flow was smooth.
