I also really like that they list the prices of all their services on their website. The only criticism I have is the $80.00 office visit fee, but I think it's just for when you get hormone therapy. To me it seems a bit excessive, but I understand the need to turn a profit. You get what you pay for. Quality.

No overselling! I was able to offer a suggestion of creating refill syringes for touchups, and rather than the rejection other places were quick to respond with, she said she'd bring it to the guy in charge! UNMC billing did a 3 way call with me and United insurance about why they backed out and United said "this is covered by her deductible". UNMC said "ok than we will change the billing and not charger her". Two months later UNMC charged me for $1400 and said United won't pay it!! BULL!!! They have proof of the three-way call and it was recorded yet they don't care about me and said I have to pay it!! Than they sent me to collections for it!!!! Spoke with my pharmacy and apparently, they did 28 courtesy fills on pain meds. which had nothing to do with me or requesting that. Planned a travel day, family is 7 hours away. I had done early vacation fills before. Instead of telling me what was going on and not filling an early vacation to surprise my Granddaughter on her 14th Birthday, I missed out. My husband is gone over half a year for work and making trips is difficult. Instead of explaining anything I was treated like I had something wrong. I hope he treats current and future patients with more compassion and better communication.

The facilities offer locational cryo, like on the swollen parts of her arm outside of the cast. They also have a cryo-room, where one can privately stand, as disrobed as one likes, and thus can chill the whole body in temps that make this winter seem casual. There are other rooms we haven't used yet, so do please contact them about their services beyond my description here. Parking is easy. The location is next to Rockbrook Village, and has two points of entry to the lot. Cost was inexpensive for individual treatments, and even less expensive as package purchases. Its a small waiting room that has a big screen TV for those who are waiting as drivers for those having procedures done and are not allowed to drive home. The receptionist is very pleasant, professional, and efficient. My wait time was very minimal for my pre-paperwork surgery prep. Once inside, a nurse greets you and demonstrates how to put on the proper surgical outfit; gown, hat, slippers. After escorting you to a sterile exam station, vitals are taken, and questions about making sure you are fully aware of the procedure as well as marking the correct limb. The surgeon arrives and goes over the game plan which provides confidence, and allows your feedback on the type of technique used, and what happens after each stage of the surgery. The anesthesiologist visits next to make sure you will receive the correct mixture depending on medical history, prior experiences, and their role during the procedure. After the procedure, another nurse preps for your questions as well as helps you regain your faculties before you are allowed to leave. This was one of the best surgical experiences I have been through. This is a 5 star review.
