But if you live south you'll know the area. When we pulled in the parking lot we could already see the large amount of foot traffic walking up to the store. And when we walked in it was like Wow ,ok so this is what they've been talking about. I couldn't even tell you how many aisles they are. But I will keep this some what short. If you need something for a computer and I don't think it matters what kind they probably have it here! I saw brands that are common in the laptop section, acer, hp,apple and the such. Numerous departments/ sections. Television, gaming, home security/security, byo computer, parts and so much more that wouldn't even know what I was looking at. And there seemed to be plenty of associates able and willing to help you. And as far as thier returns policy we explained our problem we were having with my wife's 3d printer as we were trying to set it up as a birthday present i got her and it wouldn't work and the associate told us to bring it back and we'll give you another one, unfortunately I didn't buy it there and will probably have to wait for one to be Shipped to us. So to try and cut to the chase if you are really into this kind of thing this is your place sure the regular stores will get you any of your everyday stuff but if you want to really get into the specifics and specialty items ,this is your store. The staff is some of the brightest and kindest I have met in my adventures in Geekdom, neither being dopey nor elitist. My only complaint stems from a miscommunication I had with the owner over a repair. While the details are not important, he still tried to make it up to me both in advice and in supplies. So whether you have a destroyed Dell or a mangled Mac, bring it on in. Oh, and avoid the 2600 block of south Broadway if you are a minority with a broken computer.

Recently had some work done on my laptop for a broken screen…read more Im leaving a negative review because it took three weeks to repair and communication wasnt good at all. I called the shop many times sometimes with an answer and sometimes with no answer. It also cost an additional $20 for a part that was needed(apparently it was broken when trying to make the original screen repair, yeah okay sure it wasnt damaged in the repair process and why is that cost falling on me) and when I picked up the computer the trim around the screen wasnt even attached properly. Thanks. Im also missing the rubber feet on the bottom of my laptop to keep it from sliding around which shouldnt have even been touched because it has nothing to do with the screen. On top of all that now I cant even log into my microsoft account. I was not made aware I should back up my files and now I have to reset my entire computer and lose everything. I use this a ton for work and personal use. Not coming back again and would reccomend others look elsewhere. Update: Tried to call them on monday to talk to someone right when they opened at 10am and then again at 10:05am and no one is answering. Please update your business hours if you are not available when it says online Update: Two months later and my replaced screen popped out of the casing and broke
