I hired nebulous to repair a damaged wall in my old apt prior to moving and I wasn't really happy with the results. Given all the 5 star reviews I expected a better outcome! However, Ivan was friendly, but his worker who showed up to do the job was offensive. He showed up 30 mins late and was not apologetic about it. Also, no one reached out to let me know he was going to be late, I had to call for an ETA when no-one showed up at the scheduled time. In addition, he barely spoke any English and was a bit rude tbh.
