First he helped me pick out paint, which was so helpful because I got the quality paint I needed. Then his team came in and proceeded to turn my ugly duckling of an apartment into a swan. They started with repair work on the walls and then proceeded to paint. They completed the work within 4 days, and what a transformation! Every room beautiful! My mother is older and mostly stays in her room, but when she came out her eyes lit up and she said "Is this my apartment? I love it!" That was priceless. After calling another company, getting rescheduled and then stood up; I reached out to serveral others via YELP. Miles Painitng & CLeaning services was one of them. They were the first to reach out to me; within two hours I got a call from Mr. Miles who was willing to stop by, discuss what I needed and offer me a quote. Upon meeting me, he voluntarily showed me his credentials including his license, saw the job, gave me a quote and we set a date to begin the job. The process was easy on my part. He and his team were courteous, respectful, efffcient and they came back as many times as it took to get the job done to my satisfaction. Mr Miles stressed to me the importance of making sure his customers where satisfied and it showed. I recommend them highly and without hesitation. I am pleased about my newly painted co-op. They did the entire iapartment even a touch up on my bedroom that someone else had done with many poor attention to details. The re-did the bedroom fixing the mistakes. I found the company on YELP and after reading the reviews decided to reach out via the app. Bernard responded the same day and came to my home a few days later to provide me with a free assessment and quote. I needed repairs done on the ceilings and walls in 3 rooms after having done some electrical work in my coop. The estimate was done quickly and the price quoted was completely reasonable. They came within a few days to begin the work and Bernard made sure to call/text each day to confirm the time. They were prompt and very friendly, a pleasure to deal with start to finish. They always arrived on time and ready to work. In addition to the plaster/drywall work they also replaced some tiles and repositioned the outlet in the bathroom to ensure that once the electrician returned to finish the job the switch would lay flat on the wall. The ceilings and walls were repaired in just a few days and the entire job came out beautiful. They even threw in some additional plastering for holes in the bathroom walls that was not added in to the price. The property manager recommended Miles for painting, and when I contacted Bernard, he responded immediately and was very accommodating when setting up a convenient time to meet to give me a quote. He showed up right on time, and was very lovely and his price was very fair. He and his team were wonderful to work with and even came in on a Saturday to complete the job so as not to interfere with our tight timeline. Bernard is not only a licensed contractor he is such a wonderful respectful funny and thorough young man. We called him to paint our small bedroom that hadnt been touched since we had a fire in our apt 12 years ago. He bought us the best paint ( which i didnt know good paint doesnt smell) and took the job for the next day because we were going on vacation. After a meeting with a number of different companies- all of which were either too expensive, not professional or not responsive to texts/calls, we decided to give Miles Paint and Cleaning services a call. It turned out to be the best call we made! Within the span of a few weeks we had met with Bernard, he had given us a very reasonable quote and our whole apartment was painted beautifully and impeccably. We also appreciated that we had the option to also use their cleaning services for the inevitable and dreadful "day after cleaning".
