The chairs and equipment looked new and sturdy, and I noticed how much effort the team put into keeping everything tidy. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, and Fred, the technician who brought me back, was especially helpful. He was knowledgeable and took the time to ask relevant questions about my back pain and situation. I felt like he genuinely wanted to understand what I was experiencing. When the doctor came in, she was professional and clearly knowledgeable in her field.
