So I got myself an iced americano with sugar free vanilla and room for cream. I had asked the barista for cream to be poured in the back by him. I had told him about my new kidney when I ordered and that I can't really use communal things. He proceeded to tell me the cream was at the table. I really didn't want to use it but I did. I poured a little of it out before I added the cream to my drink. I also used a napkin to hold the handle.
