OMG, I don't even know where to begin. From the very very first time I met Karli, I knew she was going to be the one doing my lips. I started following her on social media and I was right, her before and after photos and the comments and reviews about her and her skills were all positive and you could tell her clients were pleased and happy with their results. I called to schedule my initial consultation and Keke got me in very quick to see Karli. My very first impression of her medical spa was complete shock, it's a beautiful, modern, classy and super relaxing and welcoming environment. Karleigh was there and she was very welcoming and friendly and very efficient. After I filled all the new patient forms they got me ready to see Karli. I started by letting her know I wasn't new to filler or Botox since I've had them done in the past, but the main thing I wanted her to do was my lips. I told her I've had my lips done before but I never really saw any difference nor did I ever receive a single complement. This was like 2-2 1/2 years ago. I told her I wanted my lips to look beautiful, well defined and plump! I told her I do want my lips to look completely different, I don't care if people notice I had them done but I wanted them done right, I wanted definition, shape and volume. Honestly my lips have been that one feature in my face I have never ever liked. I was blessed with pretty eyes and good cheeks (thanks mom) but my lips were ugly, flat, deflated, shapeless, just pain ugly. I remember during my consultation I showed Karli multiple pics of lips I thought were gorgeous and I told her I was looking for something similar to the pictures. Karli didn't even flinch she said ok sure I can do that, you will love your lips. Immediately I said you know; I was here for my lips but I actually want you to tell me what other things you consider I need to have done, I mentioned to her other areas of concern and she put a treatment plan together for me. I'm so happy I trusted my gut and put my face on Karli's hands, she did an unbelievable job today. I cannot believe my lips went from not to hot!!!! Karli literally made something ugly and turned it into a complete work of art. Everything she did to my face has far exceeded my expectations. I am a Registered Nurse, now retired, caring for my 92 year old father in our home. The first time I came to Nectar, I sat down with Karli and we talked about what I wanted to be accomplished. I explained to her that I wanted an all natural look, that I wanted to maintain some of the wrinkles that I so deservedly earned throughout my 66 years and did not want a plastic look which I had seen on people who had gone to other salons. This was my first time ever getting injections-- I'm 28 and wanted to start off with lips & chin. We settled on the Petite lower face package & some baby Botox for wrinkle prevention. When I came in for my appointment, Kiki was so polite & answered all the questions I had for her. I was a little worried about feeling pain during procedure & she gave me extra topical cream to make sure I was well numbed. Karli & her MA were just fantastic!
