I needed to find some hospital gowns for a loved one who was bedridden due to an accident and needed them now so Amazone wasn't going to work. This place was suggested by a guy at Walgreens (which website says they sell hospital gowns, but they didn't have any). The owner was super nice and told me they were moving due to increased rent, so they won't be at this location much longer, but I highly recommend them if you're a health care worker or need gowns like I did. Found Needi Scrubs via a general google search. This store is a hidden gem. The owner is doing everything to keep prices low - even manufacturing their own scrubs brand. The store is off of 111 in Cathedral City. They have a large selection. Definitely recommend. read more

Rude service after I drove 30 minutes to this specific store! Wasn't allowed to try on the tops after I was asked if I had makeup on, yes I am a female and I wear makeup!!!!!!! I get it but I've been a nurse 16 years and never had that question asked to me when I plan on spending $200-300!!!!! When you are trying different brands because the store is limited on them and they have a very small selection. I am an RN and Faisal always takes excellent care of me. He has been supplying me with scrubs for years. Always of excellent quality and great styles. He makes sure I have excellent medical equipment to work with. I have a stethoscope, pulse oxymeter and thermometer all of excellent quality and reasonably priced. He works with me with special needs. He helped with setting up special disaster kit for our HOA. Very knowledgeable. I recently asked for assistance with finding a rare piece of equipment. I love this little scrub store! Great customer service! Never had a problem with store being open, but that's why they have a number so just give them a call to make sure they are open! Owner is super nice and helpful! Quality of the product 5+ stars. I love their grey's anatomy shoes! Must have and worth every penny! Variety of colors and sizes!!!! There was no sign posted on the door!! You should have updated Yelp to include lunch hours. This "business" is demanding that I "remove the false information from my post because it is unethical." I have a witness who also stated there were no signs posted and no "yellow sign that clearly states when we are closed for lunch." I don't appreciate being called a liar and unethical via private message, and demanding that I remove my post. I can't believe they are arguing about this. If Needi Scrubs really had a great reputation in the valley, they'd have lots of fabulous Yelp reviews. It was my first time here today, a bit confusing to find but so is any place on Perez because it's a business park. Wind-y street plus looking for a a small shop doesn't really make for an easy route. Regardless, there was a pop-up sign and arrow sign stating "need scrubs" so that helped out a lot. The owner was really nice, he kept assisting me with print and color options to match what I wanted. A bit pricey but I'd rather pay for comfort then buy cheap scrubs that don't offer much movement and feel like stiff. If you buy 4 pairs then you get a scrub top for free. He also has scissors, stethoscopes, shoes, and utility bags. I gave it 3 stars bcuz it's small and hard to find. 4 stars for customer service. 4.5 stars for having Jockey and Maevn brand (my personal faves). I'll be back when I need more color options or pockets read more

BEWARE Absolutely the WORST customer service there. I purchased a dress for my pinning ceremony here and I liked the dress so I purchased it. Later it was clarified that I could not wear the dress, so I bought it late on a Tuesday and because of my schedule and the store hours the following Tuesday was earliest to my convenience I could return it. The owner or manager who ever he is told me it was the 8th day so I couldn't return it I thought that I was still in compliance with the policy because I didn't know that the day that I bought it counted because it was so late. Instead of having good customer service that guy was so rude he couldn't even return it knowing that iv bought things there before and recommend this place to others and wanted to continue to our make future purchases there, he chose to be RUDE, and argued with me for 15 min raising his voice at me and trying to justify not returning it and making me feel like I was in the wrong for daring to return something. I will no longer be doing business with the store and do not recommend at all. Know one deserves to get treated like that but it only shows there character as people and as a business. I would like to give it 0 stars if it were an option. And as far as his comment I never said I didn't read the receipt there just isn't clarity that the day of purchase is included. Also it's kind of hard not to raise my voice when the manager wouldn't even let me get a word in. Extreamly inappropriate and unprofessional. This store was horrible. I got there 10 minutes after the posted opening time and nobody was present. I called the phone number to find out if they were opening, and the woman that eventually answered said he was running late because he had errands to run, but he would be there in 6 or 7 minutes. I said okay and left to take care of another errand in the area. I returned at 11:15, which is 45 minutes after the posted opening time and he still wasn't there. I called the number again and he said he was a minute away. He eventually pulled up and opened the store. I waited a minute and then went in. He was really pushy and rude, but I found scrubs that would work because I needed a specific color and I need comfort and durability. They were overpriced but he offered me a 5% discount for waiting 45 minutes for him and another 5% for working in a local hospital which made it easier for me to swallow, but he refused to honor that other 5% unless I drove home and got my badge and brought it back there. I decided he didn't deserve my money at all and left. I ended up buying the exact same scrubs at a scrub store in palm desert off of Cook for 20 dollars less. Do not shop here, you are throwing your money away to be treated poorly. Incidentally he lied to me about why he was late. He said it was the weather, the woman that answered the first time said he was running errands. I was driving in the same atmospheric conditions as him and there were no delays. read more

This place is a JOKE and so are the owners. They obviously from my experience and other yelp review have no customer service skills. They are bad business owners who feel they do nothing wrong and hold NO accountability for unprofessional actions. I was curious to why the store is always empty. The manager is so unprofessional, while I was marking a purchase he decided to bash on other scrub store that is very popular with multiple rude comments that a customer should never hear let alone be told. This store is . If they changed there attitude toward customers there reputation might be different and they might get a few customers at a time for once. 1 star As a small business owner, there is nothing more crippling to our business than customers who don't pay. I have been trying to get payment from Needi since 2012! I have been promised false payment dates from "Ron" (a fake name they use) on SEVERAL occasions and no check has ever come. I have tried to follow up since then and he has refused to return my calls or emails. Please don't do business with these people. They profit on the backs of their suppliers! I thought a start up, private, small business would do anything to boost their business, build a report and bring back customers ... Isn't that called good customer service?! Bottom line... Will not recommend nor return. Happened to find this hole in the wall by accident while shopping on Perez. Returned when I had some time as it is close to home and I always need new scrubs and supplies. The store was clean, pretty good selection, good service but PUSHY! and it was very hot (sweating while trying on clothes is hard and hinders a proper fit). I ended up spending $230. I went on my way to continue working, taking care of my family- things we all do, and wore some of my new purchases. I realized about the 12th day I really didn't like the PURPLE pants I purchased. I didn't really want them initially as I'm not a purple person but bought them from the pushy salesperson! I realized on the bottom of the receipt it does state returns accepted within seven days of purchase with receipt and tags so I phoned to ask for a simple exchange, I didn't want my money back. I had not worn the pants nor removed the tags. I wanted a simple exchange. I WAS DENIED!!!! I could understand if it was a month down the line or more but it was like 12 days after purchase to include a weekend! No more of my hard earned cash for you Needi Scrubs!! If you do shop there don't get pushed around or talked in to making a purchase! I would much rather drive to the scrub store by Vons, enjoy the air condition and be treated better. Usually people write reviews when there angry and I'm definitely not doing that as you see I rated this lovely scrub store 4 stars. Let me start out by saying Fasiel was very helpful and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Also asked how I heard about the store which i just Googled "scrub store near me" and I was kinda scared to walk in only because I hate running around look for scrub tops because I'm very very pick usually get 1 scrub top or 2 if im lucky being so perticular, So anyway very nice prints and materials . He was also very helpful with assisting me with tops that would complement me and that we're my style which I thought was really good customer service. Which got me to walk out with 4 scrub tops. Only reason why I did not give a 5 star was because it was a little pricey and because the sale section didn't have much that was my style or didn't have alot of scrub tops that were on sale in my size. I can't wait to return for a lab jacket that is super cute and fabric felt amazing haven't seen anything like it. Thank you so much fasiel:) read more
