We had a mixed experience with this company. The pickup process was smooth, and the customer service team was friendly and helpful. However, we ran into issues with the scooter during use. We rented it for my father-in-law to attend Stagecoach and made that clear during the reservation process. Despite that, we received a call on the first day saying they were unaware it would be used at the festival, which was frustrating since we had discussed it beforehand. Ended up being confused with another customer. The scooter did get him from the handicap parking area into the venue, but it consistently lost power afterward. We had the key off and stationary the entire time, but by the end of each day, we had to push him most of the way back to the car. We made sure to fully charge the scooter every evening, yet the same issue happened each day of the festival. We did inform the associate when we returned the scooter. While the initial service was great, the reliability of the equipment didn't meet expectations, especially for an event like this. read more

What happens when things go wrong and your insurance ships your chair to another location than your lift is sent because of a miscommunication. By another location I'm saying the lift to CA and the chair to Texas your home of record. Then the insurance company says you can't install the lift without the chair. Well if you were lucky enough to have went to ZMI Mobility and had Zane and Jenna involved, presto..... When the rules have a reason, I get it. However, when common sense is the missing ingredient, Zane gets it done. That's not just installing your new powerlift. That's above and beyond by leaps and bounds to make common sense prevai. What?
