Hands down, amazing service! This review is way overdue, but I couldn't let it slide. A few days ago, I got off work around 6 PM and realized I needed new scrubs. I wasn't sure what time they closed, so I called to ask if they could wait for me just 5-10 minutes. Thankfully, the manager, Boyd, said yes, and I rushed over. When I got there (literally right at closing time), I thought I knew what I needed--but it had been so long since I bought scrubs, I quickly realized I had no clue how much had changed. Boyd was super patient, walked me through all the different brands and materials, and made the whole process easy. Even though he stayed about 20 minutes after closing, he never rushed me or made me feel like a bother. If you need scrubs, I can't recommend this place enough. I knew I wanted to do business with Scrubs and Stitches when I called around and the man who answered was able to communicate exactly what I could expect regarding a unique order I was hoping to place. He behaved as though it wasn't at all beyond their scope of service. My embroidery was perfect and was finished quickly. Get this, I called to pick my order up, My staff needed to be in uniform for a commercial we were filming the next day but I had a late patient and I was not going to make it to their shop before they closed. Just had probably the best experience ever shopping for scrubs. I didn't realize it had changed names from 'Marivic' to 'Scrubs and Stitches', but the atmosphere did feel different upon entering (better), just couldn't put my finger on it. I found amazing scrubs, they're called Healing Hands Onyx. Didn't think scrubs could feel this good. I have to say a few words about the shop attendant. Huge selection on Cherokee brand, some on Dickies, not so much on Grey's Anatomy, and none on WonderWink. They also carry lesser known brands like Koi. If they don't carry your size/color they're willing to order it for you. The lady was nice enough - she warms up to you and is actually really helpful if you're intending to buy scrubs. The fitting rooms are clean and everything is organized. There's a sign that says for every one pair of gently used scrubs you bring in, they'll give you a 1% discount off your purchase up to 20% (so 20 pairs of scrubs). They'll then sell the used scrubs at a discount price to high school/college students. Pretty cool way to encourage our students to consider healthcare professions at such a young age! read more

Unfortunately there are not many places that focus on selling scrubs in our valley. I would drive hours in any direction to avoid a run in with the lady that runs or owns this place. She is incredibly rude and nasty and I have experienced it evrytime I've went in there. If you enjoy a pleasant shopping experience avoid this place at all costs. read more

I would love to support this place but it is always so quiet and empty and the one or two women there are so rude. They seem bothered when you ask where something is. I bought a pair of scrubs and was told I had 30 days to return if I did not like them. Sounded good to go. I rad already ordered a couple pairs of Dickies online from Dickies.com and told this information to the sales person. She understood I needed the ones I bought for school on the day I bought them. Fast forward and the reason for the low rating. I received the scrubs I ordered from dickies and the pant length was too short from Marvic'a and that the top was not as nice as the one I received from Dickie so I borought them back and was told since I removed the tags I could not return them read more

If I could give this place 1 star I would. I have bought scrubs from this company a few times and I referred by mother and brother who are both nurses and they have shopped here numerous times and paid a lot of money for scrubs here giving them good business. I came in after work and tried on some pants since my job was going to order some. I wanted to make my work ordered the right size so I tried on some pants. The owner asked how do they fit I said good but I'm only trying them on. Before I got the chance to ask where were your turquoise colored scrubs because I would like to purchase some, the lady snatched the pants out of my hand and was yelling at me that I can't do that it's not fair to business owners that I try on things. I was completely shocked and lost for words. I told her I bought from you before and had my family purchase items here too. The woman did not listen to me and was completely rude. She kept looking at me like I was from another planet. I told her I would never shop from this store ever again and left. The manager treated me with such disrespect. This place should be closed down because the manager is an idiot. The other staff is very nice and helpful but not the manager. I had every intention to purchase other items that day but the queen devil ruined it and I will never come back there. read more
