I LOVE THIS PLACE. Angie is the BEST, I was super scared of getting my septum pierced and she was so calming and sweet! I don't know if it was because of her personality or how good she is at piercing (honestly it was probably both) but it barely hurt and I'm so so happy with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been here twice and had amazing experience both times! My first time I got a daith piercing for only $40 with Marv and it healed wonderfully in just a few months. My second time was on Friday the 13th and I got my cartilage for $30 with D she was super nice and knew exactly where I wanted my piercing. Needle pushers is the most affordable piercing spot in the valley with great service! read more

This is the only tattoo shop in California I will go to. The vibes are on point all the artists are so kind and willing to work with you. I get my piercings here as well. If you're looking for good traditional work I suggest Cat so if you walk in the shop don't be afraid to ask for her she's great. I'll attach an image of some of our last work. read more

Honestly I'm a soft ass valley girl like I literally walked in here with a tote bag and a Pokémon shirt. Parking was supa easy--it's the 818. I was kindly greeted by the door by tattooed men who held the door open for me and I was like wow *blush* thanks. I ask if they would take lil ol me as a walk in for lobe piercings and they call Marv over, whose reputation preceded him (heard good things). And I was greeted with a Hawaiian looking man with the most luscious hair. He didn't say 'aloha' bc he's Filipino but he did take me as a walk in! I signed a waiver and pretended to read it but my trust was already won when I saw how shiny Marv's hair was. He walks me deeper into the shop and I enter a tiny cubicle centered with a freshly sanitized leather chair and a smooth ass cover of "I Say A Little Prayer" bumpin. I say "this is nice." Marv serenades me and everything is all at once in slow motion. His shiny hair glistens under the fluorescent lighting. "You ready?" he says. I'm an OCD ass nursing ass hoe who washes my hands every time I exhale so I keep watch and this guy def knows his sterile technique! Everything was so clean. I especially appreciated how he talked me through everything he was about to do. And even walked me through the pathophysiology of piercing healing??? He a professional sis!!!! I was impressed how despite having been doing this since 2008, he remained humble and took his time drawing and redrawing the placements for the lobe piercings I wanted. Perfectionism???? I'm a fan. I mentioned that I might eventually want a second lobe piercing last minute and he re-evaluates and re-drew again! Like damn he really care about quality of his work! It shows girl. Ok so obviously I was clutching my pearls because while I do stab people for a living, I'm not used to it myself. He reassured me and we talked about Golden Corral buffet, valley pride, and magic sing. He counts "1, 2, 3" and I feel a lil white baby angel kiss my ear lobe and it's done. "That was quick." He slips in an innuendo about being quick in bed too. I laugh and tease him about how I'm sure he's said this before. He admits to it and thanks me for laughing nonetheless. The second piercing is done just as quick and he goes over post care instructions at the speed of those pharmaceutical commercials, but with the heart of Michelle Obama. I pay and leave a hefty tip and I'm out and ready to live my bad bitch life. Xoxo, Mirko read more

Needle Pushers is an awesome shop that I've frequented for several years. All of the artists are really talented and super cool people. I've gotten a few tattoos and a nose piercing at NP and every experience has been awesome. They have a great vibe at the shop and they don't overcharge like a lot of other places. Ryan did a great job with my nose piercing. He's quick, gentle and professional. I got a tiger claw from Liz. Her art is dope, clean and the colors are vibrant. I highly recommend this shop. Diane!!!!! The customer service here is amazing. I came to get my nipples repierced (which IF YOU KNOW, omg so painful especially the second time with scar tissue...) but luckily I had thee most amazing piercer. She seemed very educated and knew what she was doing which had me at ease which was great because I was so nervous to go through with it AGAIN! Diane made me feel so comfortable and what I loved about her was how quick she was with the piercing process. You are a god send woman! I'll definitely be back for you :) Unfortunately I can't post my nipple piercings but they look sooooo great considering how crooked and uneven they were the first time (got them done on Venice boardwalk DO NOT EVER DO THAT!) Horrible customer service!! Went to get a piercing and was told there was one person ahead of me. While waiting over heard one of the works come out and say next he was taking the party of 4 that arrived after I did, and after that he had two friends waiting in there car that he was seeing after the party of 4. When we asked how much longer (after waiting almost an hour at this point) I was told there were now 6 more people ahead of me so it was going to be a bit of a wait. AND they make you sign giving them permission to take your pics and post them as they see if, even if it's of a private body part, if you don't sign they won't see you. I will be going to get my work done elsewhere. read more

I've gotten quite a number of piercings there where they've been pretty good. But I went there yesterday to get my nose pierced and have it match the one on my other nostril. They draw on my nose and ask me if it looks okay. I say yes because it did. It's pierced. I think it looks fine. I get home a few hours later and look in the mirror, and I see it is not even at all. Idk how I didn't notice at the shop. Maybe the excitement? There's a significant difference, and he let me leave after seeing it, too! At this point, idk if I should take it out since it still hurts. I'm just pretty disappointed. read more

Made what I thought was an appointment with Dee for a piercing. I got there on time. There was a lot of people waiting, considering Covid! I waited and waited and waited. A total of 1.5 hours and I was NEVER seen. I'm not sure if she makes the Jewelry too, because the wait was ridiculous. I ended up leaving. I was tired of waiting. Very unprofessional! And the place was dirty. Looked all raunchy. I'm glad I didn't get anything pierced, would've probably got an infection! And to add to It. I texted her and she never had the courtesy to text back.... I went last October to get a tattoo of my wedding date. I don't even remember who tattooed me but let's just say it came out horribly. The ink bled so much and it made my tattoo look absolutely terrible. I don't even have a picture of how it looked other than one that has the new tattoo outline. Anyways, I got it fixed at a different spot and I'm so happy with it now. Got my nipples pierced here by Marv! He was super great and chill, I told him I had inverted nipples and he knew to use bigger jewelry to help correct them! Not gonna lie it did hurt like a bitch but the first 24hours were the most painful but now they're my favorite piercings I have! I don't know much about tattoos and piercings, but I can say that Needle Pushers is amazing. We had the piercing specialist Ryan Rocha who was very professional, very patient, and clearly is very good at what he does. If you are looking for some piercings and tattoos, I would strongly recommend Needle Pushers... The only challenge is parking, but welcome to the San Fernando Valley... the staff was very positive and supportive and kind... If and when I consider piercing and tattoos (which isn't my thing), but if you are a parent of someone who wants to make sure that they are kind and gentle and supportive of your family members, they do a really nice job. read more

My tattoo is on my chest and she gave me a lot of privacy. Don't sleep on her pls. She literally took a ugly huge piece and gave me confidence. personally, I'm OK with the tattoo that I received not exactly what I had envisioned asked if it could be a little more feminine told me couldn't but that's probably on my part. Tattoo artist left for a break came back almost an hour later smelling like weed, then I noticed a mark and asked them what it was told me it was there when I got there told them it was not then they proceeded to say it'll go away when my tattoo heals. Ended up leaving a scar and still have the scar. read more

Also glad I saved some money by going during this special event, because they quoted me $75 for a helix and $85 for a daith, originally.

Today, it has been 3 days since we got the tattoo and although the tattoo itself is small, has fine lines, and is on the wrist, it appears as if it has a smear/smudge on one of the corners on both tattoos. This isn't my first tattoo, and my husband and I have been following the after care and have been careful. It's on the healing stage, but you can tell that the corner line differs and there is a smudged area on both tattoos. For both these it was $240 total and done by Chris. I will update this review once the tattoos heal completely.

I was impressed until I saw the way that they handled her hypoglycemic shock. She quite literally almost passed out. The only way that she was able to withstand was because I was there to physically tend to her as a healthcare worker. All the staff did was give us a coke, which helped, yes, but they just redirected us on the side to handle it on our own. No check-ups done until we were both able to finally stand up. What? My friend was able to go through the piercing, so yay! I want to rate this place higher because of my experience, but after hers, I cannot :/ Make sure to bring cash when you go here!
