At first service was great with my first tat by Frank. Then I came for another and a cover up and got the worst tattoo ever by Frank. He Gave me a whole black blob on my wrist where I have a Medusa. A Medusa tattoo that every tattoo artist should know the meaning behind it. And now it's all f*caked up because of his mistakes. He said i rushed him when I did not. I had ask if he could finish the piece within a time limit and if not it was fine(this was before I even got the tattoo, js a consultation too) he said yes he could and that he would charge me $350 even when I said if he could meet me with my budget which was like $250. So whatever I did it for $350 and keep in mind this is a HAND TAT!! it should not have been this expensive. But I gave him a shot cause he has nice work but he js somehow messed me up?? Then he tells me that he never wanted to work with my budget that I should've payed full price for good quality which what he wanted was like $500. I could've gotten this done way cheaper and with someone better. Frank also wanted me to add $100 for him to fix HIS mistakes. I don't move, twitch or anything during tattoos. I hadn't had a piercing done in 15 years. She was very polite, not condescending or anything weird like that. The whole experience was super relaxed and welcoming. I came to get my tongue re-pierced here and it's only been like 2 days since I got it and so far I'm satisfied. The girl who pierced me her name was Noor, she was super friendly and patient and answered all my questions. She had her friend ( I didn't get her name ) in the room also because she was learning, and I didn't mind at all she was super friendly too. Everything was clean she showed me the new unpackaged needle before she opened it. I like that she took her time to make sure I was comfortable. So far my piercing is healing good the top already feels like it's healing the bottom still feels a little sore but not bad for only two days I haven't had a problem eating or talking nothing compared to the first time I got it pierced somewhere else. Sick talent from Thomas aka Huero! I came in needing a cover up for a tattoo i did myself. Thomas worked with me every step of the way, and made sure i was confident in what i was getting. He knows what hes talking about and wasnt afraid to explain why some of my ideas wouldnt work for a cover up. His line work and shading skills are amazing, if youre getting black and grey i definitely recommend him! He even custom drew my girlfriends name for me, so if you want something more than computer fonts, this is the place to go! The entire process he made me feel comfortable by opening all needles and equipment in front of me, showing me the expiration dates and letting me know everything was steril. Your friends homie that does tattoos wouldnt do that haha. When i asked to take a break and get a snack he was more than happy to accommodate. All in all it was a great experience, everyone was very helpful. I'd originally walked into the shop hardly having an idea of what i wanted.
