Today, it has been 3 days since we got the tattoo and although the tattoo itself is small, has fine lines, and is on the wrist, it appears as if it has a smear/smudge on one of the corners on both tattoos. This isn't my first tattoo, and my husband and I have been following the after care and have been careful. It's on the healing stage, but you can tell that the corner line differs and there is a smudged area on both tattoos. For both these it was $240 total and done by Chris. I will update this review once the tattoos heal completely.

I especially wanted to shout out Hernan for my navel piercing. He did a phenomenal job. He was communicative and completely open to my requests. It's been about three days now, and I'm honestly surprised by how little soreness and discomfort I've had. I'm a bigger guy with a stomach, so I was a little concerned about how a navel piercing would feel, especially since it's a high movement area. But after the first 12 hours, there is very little soreness, and I'm already noticing less discomfort when I move. I think a lot of that has to do with Hernan's skill and attention to placement. He checked the placement while I was standing, sitting, and laying down to see how my stomach and navel moved and sat in each position. That level of care really stood out to me and should be standard but isn't everywhere which is why I always go here. For any plus size person wondering if a navel piercing is possible or will heal well, it definitely will! It's more about your individual anatomy than your size, but having a knowledgeable piercer who understands anatomy of all sizes makes a huge difference. Everyone here is great. I have gotten 2 tattoos done by Rob and as the tattoos have aged it seems like the compliments keep coming and coming. Now I didn't get these tattoos for compliments but that's why I am here. To let you all know Rob does phenomenal work. His pricing is very fair considering the time and effort he puts into his work. You can always get a tattoo cheaper but remember it's a permanent decision and that's why I came here. Great pricing, that matches quality work. i took my daughter to get her navel pierced today at 5150. We'd never been to the shop before, but it was your basic tattoo parlour. Glare came out to greet us & was very cool. He made both my daughter & myself feel very comfortable, and he was very professional, gentle & polite. Her piercing looks great...she loves it ! The man didn't inform me as to what was going on and looked annoyed as more ppl came inside the shop. After waiting an hour, two more ppl came in & they weren't even greeted. The line had not moved and the 4 ppl ahead of me were still waiting. I decided it was not worth the wait and to leave because of how unprofessional they were. I went to a professional piercer since I was experiencing so much pain and they thankfully took the acrylic gauges out so my ears could heal from all the damage she made. I now have stitches in both of my ears and i am so heartbroken that I'll never be able to wear any sort of earrings again. ‼PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE‼ There's also a few people working under her supervision who aren't licensed to do piercings and yet she's still able to get away with it. I hope the city of LA really looks into this business because there's so much that's wrong with it and more people are getting hurt because of these people

Since Joe had stopped contacting me, and I did appreciate his work, I decided to book another appointment. I am a recording artist and a director who is in town for the week contacted me to shoot a music video. I asked Joe for permission to shoot during my session. I asked several times for confirmation and he said it would not be a problem. I told the director and we made our plans. I arrived at the shop with a friend who wanted a piercing done. The director came shortly after. Everything was going fine until we started laying the stencil. I'm sure everyone here understands the value of placement. It can take a couple times. On the third attempt, I was told that "we only get a couple tries with this." I have about 8 other pieces from various tattoo artists, no one has ever acted like that. A tattoo is for life; you do it til you get it right. Then, when I realized part of the tattoo was actually missing, his attitude became even more curt and dismissive. I had given him the picture I wanted with instructions days before; the work should have been ready. He began complaining about the director's equipment and after a few minutes called the whole filming off. Unwilling to be tattooed by someone acting in such a manner, I called the whole appointment off. Joe wasted three people's time, include a professional contact, and then proceeded to text me after and say to never come back. The worst part of this, is that what I thought was going to be my new favorite tattoo shop, is now a spot with a bad vibe. And I drive by it on the reg. There are better tattoo shops in a snake pit. Go elsewhere.

Everyone at the shop was so friendly and welcoming, it almost felt like hanging out with family. The tattoo shop has off street parking, its super clean, and most importantly, the artist Ara was so delicate and light handed, i hardly felt a thing. Not only that, but he took the picture I had and brought it to life with expertise and grace, turning it into a tattoo i am already thrilled to show off to anyone who will look... and this comes from someone with over a hundred hours of work in total. He's amazing. The shop is welcoming, and the price was fair! I will definitely go back here.

Got my first tattoo done here , by Profit !! Funny guy , He's very communicative about the design…read moreand placement . Tattoo came out amazingggg !!! better than I had imagined! My family &' friends also loved it ! It's well shaded in , exactly how I pictured it but better obviously!! Went home happy asf . Very happy with the results !! The Vibe was there ! good music , good service , felt completely comfortable , at the end of the session they send you home with the aftercare instructions !! Definitely Recommend !!
