Upon her arrival Dipa gave me the most therapeutic eyebrow threading. That's the only way I can describe it. I've had great work done at other places and yeah I used to think the end justified the pain but not after today! I was even sad when it was over. Very little pain, no fuss, she followed my instructions to the letter. Now I have the perfect arch again, full, but clean arch. My facelift is over till next time. They are professional, courteous and quick. Ladies and gentlemen I kid you not it was well worth it. In fact at $7. I feel as though it was free. I have thin brows to begin with. The woman (a Latina woman, do not know her name) did a terrible job. Shape and arch were all off, not aligned at all and the arch is horrible. My advice is to stick to the other locations. Guess I'll have to try to correct as much as I can when I get home with my pencil!!! ***update** the owner Rinku contacted me very shortly after I posted the review to apologize and ask if I wanted to come back to have it fixed. She also offered the next service free of charge. Very nice of her and good customer service on her part, however, in my opinion, all the technicians should be properly trained in all advertised services. If they are not trained then they should advise customers to wait for a different, more experienced technician for that particular service.

It was busy, with two staff members working and both chairs filled. I waited my turn, asking for an upper lip wax & thread. Halfway through upper lip cleanup, the staff member said "give me two minutes." I said okay, and waited patiently in the chair. After 10 minutes, I look around and realize the staff member is working on another customer, with another waiting to be served. The second staff member comes out of back & asks who's next. I put my hand up to say me - I've been waiting and I still have wax on my upper lip. She shakes her head and takes the next customer. After 20 minutes, I explain I cannot wait any longer and that I need to leave. The first staff member says she's "almost done" and that she'll take me just now. 20 minute of sitting in the chair with dried wax on my upper lip while she took another customer! I can't imagine this is how you do business. Ask me to wait, tell me to come back with an appointment, or simply let me know that you're CHOOSING to take another "more important customer." ANYTHING, but leaving me in a chair for 20 minutes with dried wax on my upper lip. In summary: If you're okay with paying for blatant disrespect, this is your place. I had a special event and I wanted to get my make up done professionally. I was concerned because in the past, when having my make up done it was just "too much." Instead of looking great the makeup was overpowering and unnatural. I had an appointment with Jenny on the afternoon of the event. Jenny was a sweetheart. She was patient, really listened to what I liked and didn't like. I had shown her photos of my dress which was helpful. I was stressed when I came for my appointment and Jenny and the other beautician's went out of their way to make me feel relaxed and at ease. My make up looked spectacular! It wasn't overdone, it was absolutely lovely and glamorous. I plan to make another appointment with Jenny to do a make up tutorial. I know I won't be able to do my own make up as flawlessly as Jenny.
