I went a second time and I'm so disappointed that it took me so long to notice, but towards the end of the service is when I looked at what she was doing, and she was dipping the wax stick that she just used to wax me back into the chocolate wax I can't imagine how many times she's done that in that day. The room that they took me in looked unkept, which didn't bother me since this was a quick service. It's just the lack of care for your clients to be double dipping.

I explained to her EVERYTHING i wanted (and I'm so particular about my brows trust me i was talking for a good 2-3 minutes) she listed to every word and not once did she just say okay, just sit down. This place is clean and the person (Lovely) who did my eyebrows was super delicate with my face. Which helps a LOT when a thread is pulling out your individual hairs by the root.
