I'm going here forever! There is a woman here named Lovely, and she will be the only person touching my brows from now on. I was on my lunch break and was desperate to do my brows.. I was reading the reviews on this one and kept seeing the name Lovely pop up and how great she is with other's brows so I decided to give this place a try. I explained to her EVERYTHING i wanted (and I'm so particular about my brows trust me i was talking for a good 2-3 minutes) she listed to every word and not once did she just say okay, just sit down. She took her TIME on my brows! She was doing them for about 20 minutes and that was 20 minutes well spent. If she ever has a line, WAIT FOR HER!!! 3.5. A friend recommended I stop by. She was taken back when I told her that I trek 45mins out of my way to Unique Threading in Flatiron. Needless to say, I may go there even less now. This place is clean and the person (Lovely) who did my eyebrows was super delicate with my face. Which helps a LOT when a thread is pulling out your individual hairs by the root. Although there are two people working there it seems like everyone goes to Lovely so be prepared for a small wait. She is very patient with each customer and super sweet. read more

Stay away!!! Never get your lashes done here! Please save your money! 1. They used very cheap $1 lashes, they are not individual lashes. They are the cheap lashes that have 3 lashes on one. 2. They are not experienced in doing lashes. They were very hesitant and unsure of themselves. 3. The lashes were painful! I could barely close my eyes without feeling pain and felt glue form the lashes. 4. The lashes were overall messy, spaced, and unprofessional. I took them after the same day! Myself and two other people got their lashes done on the same day and experienced the same thing. They proceeded to get an attitude after suggesting more lashes needed to put on & that they aren't done properly! Do not go here for eyelashes!! Do not do not do not ! Don't waste your time nor your money!! I had my eyelashes for not even two days and went back because she put too much glue that the eyelashes were brick hard and I could not brush through them!! Silly me for not going to my normal place for my individual eyelashes! The lady literally put soo much glue that the everytime I close my eyes you could see the DRIED UP GLUE going across my eye lid. She caught herself "fixing" the lashes and made it even worst. I just wanted my moneys worth. For $30 I could've went and brought 30 pairs of lashes and did it myself everyday! She knew she did terrible when she tried to tell me that "it just wouldn't stick". They should not be offering eyelash extension services with non professional employees! Terrible experience. My eyebrows are completely uneven, one is so much skinnier than the other. She got annoyed when I asked her to tweeze a hair and she tweezed the wrong one resulting in a bald patch. She put wax over the same spot as well. read more

This place is so unprofessional! I went there to get my eyebrows threaded the day before my birthday and left crying. I sat in the chair and asked the woman to please clean them, as in just taking the hairs that grew out. She decided to take hair from my actual eyebrow and when I checked one side, she said my eyebrows were already like that. I told her that I had been growing them out for a month and she claimed the empty spot was the way my eyebrows were. If you want beautiful eyebrows, DO NOT COME HERE! I've been trying to grow back some patches now and I asked her not to take it and there it goes! I come here to get my eyebrows threaded. This job cant be trusted to just anyone and I've had my fair share of horrendous unshapely brows. I wouldn't change this spot for any other place. I'd rather have them nonuniform than risk putting my face in anyone else's hands. The best time to come here is during the weekday before 3 or 4 pm. I have only tired two other perfect brows location, and I find myself coming back to this location. I try to get there every six weeks and I am usually getting a facial, threading and waxing done, my visit is often a 2 hours deal. My person is Lovely, and she is very busy as most of the customers want her. She is very pleasant and sweet. I just want to added I have gone to the other two ladies and they are very good as well. One in particular can do a waxing in less then 15 minutes. This location is extremely busy and a review noted below Lovely has many customers. I know that if I don't have an appointment I am not getting all of my services done. I know the owner is aware that the majority of the customers want to be seen by Lovely still he needs three employees here. I know he has other locations, I may try them out as well, but I am certain that I will keep returning to this location. read more

This is the best threading spot that I have ever found. I live near the Perfect Brow on Dyckman but all the ladies at 164 really know how to take direction well and give you the best brows of your life. The are also warm and friendly. I've gotten the acne facial and they really take their time and give you a relaxing experience. This location is in a league of their own. read more

I am Indian and very particular with my eyebrows. I love this place! It's run by three Indian ladies who are all very nice and efficient. I do my threading every 3-4 weeks with Neema, who knows exactly what I want and never thins my brows out too much. There are two other ladies here, Lovely and another whose name I don't know. Lovely has somewhat of a cult following here; I've personally had my eyebrows done with her and she's done a nice job, but I prefer Neema since I'm used to her now. You honestly can't go wrong with either of the two. They also do waxing in the back and eyebrow tinting and facials and so forth. I haven't had those but as far as the eyebrows I can say this is a solid place to go. Tip: avoid Friday afternoons when they're overloaded and come another weekday afternoon and you'll be in/out with perfect brows in 10mins. read more

Worst experience ever!! I specifically told the lady I just wanted my brows cleaned up. It took me so long to get them thick and with the perfect arch. She totally destroyed them. This is usually my go to brow spot. I've never left here with a bad brow job until today. The two ladies who are usually there are wonderful. My usual lady wasn't there today so some woman i've never seen before did my brows. She made them so thin and uneven that I actually look like I have no eyebrows. It's horrible, i want to cry. So I have been going there for the past 4 months for face wax and eyebrow threading and i though it was ok and good price. 2 days ago I had my face waxed and the lady burned my skin on the side of my lip really bad. It burned while I was there but I though it was some irritation that will go away. When I got home that's when I noticed the big burned area. I went the next day and the lady that did that wasn't there. I asked to speak with the manager. Another women there told me there was not manager on site and to call a number that was on the wall. I did. All the manager had to say was I am sorry. Didn't care at all. I called back requesting my money back and she told me I had to wait until the weekend when she goes there to put the money back on my card. This is one of those things that "you get what you paid for" . I will never go back. In addition I got waxed once and they used those rollers things and I didn't see the lady changing the roll on so knowing that kind of place now. I imagine they use the same for everyone which is a health violation. read more

The girls that work here are very nice. I've had a brazilian done here and have gone to do my eyebrows over 9 times already. My huge complaint is that they love to make your eyebrows thin. Before I started going here, my eyebrows had shape and were thick and loved them, however, I decided to try this place out because there is absolutely no waiting time. Boy, now I need to reconsider going back and deal with having to wait a long time because they always make your eyebrows appear thinner every time you visit even though you clearly tell them you just want to clean them. If you are considering this place, I say stick to one person because your eyebrows will end up looking horrible like mine. Service is extremely slow. The one eyebrow threader almost ripped my nose ring out while threading my eyebrows. I've had my eyebrows done at many places and I know what to expect. This place somehow made the experience almost twice more painful. I have eyelash extensions which cost me a pretty penny and we all know how you have to be careful with those. The aesthetician kept MASHING her finger into my eye (which has never happened to me before) I asked her to be careful and she just said "uh huh".... and the end result? Subpar. read more

For regulars, their punch card system is great (8th vist=free eyebrows). The woman who does my eyebrows, Lovely, is the best!
