After some back and forth, we finally agreed on a new time, even though I had already booked online. When I arrived, I was excited and showed her a video of the lashes I wanted. She assured me she could do them but mentioned adding a small twist to enhance the look. I told her that was fine as long as they still resembled the video. Unfortunately, they didn't. When I expressed my disappointment and asked for a fix, she showed no concern. Her customer service was awful--once I paid, she completely disregarded my satisfaction. To make matters worse, my lashes started falling out after just 3-4 days. I reached out, and she offered a complimentary set, even calling to confirm. Since it takes me about 2.5 hours to get there, I made the trip--only for her to claim, "Oh, no, I didn't know I was talking to you," and refuse to redo my lashes. This was after an entire conversation on Instagram, while I was in a different state. She simply didn't care. I was devastated and on the verge of tears. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Her unprofessionalism was unacceptable, and I will be reporting her to the Better Business Bureau.

I'm pretty low maintenance and only go to a salon twice a year for a trim, and everything else I would do myself including color. As I'm getting older, it's becoming harder to maintain, as I have my hair very dark black and my grays are very white and the contract is strong so I'm at the point where I have to dye it once a month. I decided to try for the first time having it done at a salon, since it's always so messy and such a pain doing it myself, to see if I would like that better. I live in the neighborhood and have passed by, and saw their website and decided to book. According to their website, to sign up online for a single color, shampoo & blow dry would be $60 a month. They tried to tell me that wasn't correct and their website is still new and their price is more, however they did honor the price I paid because they saw the confirmation email they sent me. The other thing I didn't like was that she made me book my appointment for next month while I was there, even though I told her I didn't want to do that. I was just trying it out and not sure if I would come back, and also would rather make my own appointment when I could go home and look at my calendar without pressure and book at my own time. I don't know what I will have going on a month from now and don't think I should be forced to commit to that now. She said I could always change it but I still thought that was pushy, and I will not be attending that appointment. I could understand if they were a salon that fills up quickly, but when I booked this first apportionment I did it the same day and there were many openings and no other customers even came in while I was there, and their book was wide open as well. The other thing I am unsatisfied with is the color job itself. This is the most important thing, and I would've overlooked all these other things if I was happy with the end result. When I got home I noticed all these patches still streaked with gray that she missed. I do a better job when I dye my hair myself, I never miss patches like this (especially in the front/top). It also comes out a blacker/shinier color when I do it myself. I feel like she didn't use a dark enough color, as I told her I wanted it dark, the blackest black and it seems like she either used a dark brown or soft black. But again the part I'm most annoyed about and the reason I won't be going back and for my negative review, are all the gray strands I still can see. (I keep trying to upload a pic taken less then 2 days after I received these services where you can clearly still see streaks of gray in my hair, but the photo keeps disappearing)
