We visited a few weeks ago on a Sunday morning and tried several different types of baked goods and a latte. Every one of them were delicious. There were quite a few customers so service was a little slower than we anticipated, but the food was worth the wait.

Pain Au Chocolat, Applewood Smoked ham and cheese croissant.

Excellent fresh pastries. The "queen" and the Chai bun were excellent. Not super busy. Bit of a hidden gem.

The staff are always friendly and the food here is amazing!! We came back last Friday to celebrate my birthday. I was so happy to find out that they now take reservations using the Open Table app. It was super easy to use and I booked my reservation a few weeks prior to getting into Waco. We were greeted by the friendly hostess who seated us promptly since we had reservations. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and my husband ordered the farm breakfast. We ordered the kids breakfast for our 3 year old which came with pancakes, scrambled eggs and bacon. We also ordered a side of biscuits with strawberry jam. We got our food hot and made fresh to order. The croissant sandwich was filling and delicious. The croissant was super fluffy and light. Everything was perfect!!! Our son told us that he loved his pancakes. Our waiter came by frequently to check on us and make sure everything was made to our liking. 10/10 recommend for their high quality service and food. We will be sure to continue to keep coming back again and again whenever we're in Waco.

The tables are so close together that when the waitress stood between them to take the order of the people next to us, the bottom of her shorts were on our table. The restaurant is uncomfortably cold, and the air conditioning blows hard enough that it actually blew an empty to-go container off of our table. The food: we ordered the chicken biscuits for a starter. For $14 we got four of them. They are the size of a chickfila breakfast mini. The biscuit was so hard it was difficult to bite/eat. The honey butter and the chicken were both good. I got the avocado toast. Again, $14 for one slice of sourdough toast with spread and avocado on it. Not great and definitely not worth the price. The tomato basil soup was delicious. I don't know that I would eat here again. Our total bill was $71.00, not counting the tip. For two people.

In particular the deviled eggs and Brussels sprouts caught my eye, unfortunately the latter was sold out so I went with the sweet potato Both dishes I had were really good! The candied bacon paired really nicely with the creamy deviled egg, the hot sauce vinaigrette didn't add too much flavor, but honestly adding a significant amount of heat would've probably taken away from an already very tasty dish. The baked sweet potato on the other hand had a nice dose of heat from the Calabrian honey vinaigrette, the sweet heat combo worked really, I'm surprised I'd never come across a spicy sweet potato dish before, but I'll definitely have my eye out for it in the future Overall I had a very good experience and will definitely be back for future rest stop meals between Austin and Dallas!

The weather was perfect for dining on the patio. The cornbread was warm and perfect with butter. The friendly waitress kept my coffee cup refilled. Check out the luxurious green, white and gold bathroom while you're here! 100 stars for a relaxed, bougie experience.
