I took my car in for service for a fuel pump, windshield reservoir canister, and control arm assembly. Little did I know they only repaired the fuel pump and probably didn't do that well! I went to Walmart for a oil change and was told my windshield fluid was low which meant my issue wasn't fixed, took my car to Kia for A/C repair, low and behold the diagnostic Kia performed returned with low and behold, FAILED windshield reservoir, and control arm assembly. I then called Legendary(service manager AND the owner of the dealership) to tell them about this issue, I was told that it wasn't their fault that I had to pay another diagnostic fee for something that they was suppose to have fixed! The owner Darryl told me he'd call me back in 30 mins at 2:08 it's now 4:43 and I have yet to head anything back!! Under no circumstance would I EVER recommend this place to anybody for anything!!!!!

Upon leaving the shop, I noticed the vehicle's engine light was on, so I went to an auto parts store to pull the codes. Turns out the technician lost the stock air filter bolt and replaced it with a generic one without a proper washer and left the housing loose. I was able to turn both the original bolt and the replaced one without tools. I decided not to return, as I lost trust in the technician to handle things properly. Ended up ordering a set of replacement bolts and secured the air filter housing myself. Will not be returning to this establishment.

Their response was they could remove them but chose not to. I traded my new Honda in for a Toyota. I really liked my salesman, but the finance guy, not so much. I cannot recommend this dealership.
