They have a very inviting bar, which looks very friendly and fun. They have many tables and some booths. They also have outside seating. They sell their own Chuy shirts, and if you wear your Chuy shirt into the restaurant, you get a discount on another shirt! When we went to lunch at 1:30 on Wednesday, it was not busy. They did have some business, however. We were greeted promptly and kindly and seated in a booth. It wasn't too long before chips came with two types of salsa; one looked like pico de gallo and the other one looked like a jalapeño cream dip. I would've loved to have tasted that, but it goes against my dietary restrictions, but I can tell you that pico de gallo was great! And the chips were nice and crispy. We were provided with place settings that each were in their own individual envelope sealed with a little sticker and labeled "sanitized"; I liked that. I ordered shredded chicken crispy tacos with rice and beans and my husband ordered shrimp tacos and a margarita. My tacos were great. I really loved the tortilla. They obviously take a corn tortilla, shaped it themselves and cook it before they fill it and the extra care could definitely be tasted. The rice and beans were good, But I really liked the tacos best. My husband said his shrimp tacos were good too. The prices were quite reasonable. My taco plate was $12.
