Why I say maybe is because they are not optometrists which means that you would really need special care for your eyes like if you are diabetic or other medical conditions. They do take care of people with normal vision impairments but they insist on dilation because that is what they do. They specialize in cataract and eye diseases. So far I have found them friendly but if you want just a regular eye exam then no, I do not suggest this place just for the reasons mentioned above.

I did not consent to my appointment being recorded, and I later learned the record included details of my private medical visit and personal disclosures. As a patient, I was seeking treatment and support, not having my medical information turned into something else. That is the part that troubled me most. Patient confidentiality matters. When someone comes in for care after trauma, their health information should be handled with care, discretion, and respect. That was not my experience here. If they are not happy with what medicare pays for they should leave the medicare platform and not force us to pay extra for a service because they do not like what medicare pays. I cleaned them with their cleaning solution and cloth regularly, but the fog didn't come off. It was like putting on cataracts and got so bad that I could see better without them. The glasses actually impeded my vision! I will never go back there for an eye exam or glasses!
