The only shop I will be going to From now on! My alternator went out Tuesday on my 04 highlander & I noticed that my radiator was also leaking fluid. My boss recommended Neil because of his great prices & raving reviews so I called Wednesday morning 8am sharp. He got me in first thing Thursday with the best costumer service. One of the mechanics (I can't remember his name) even gave me a ride to work after I dropped it off & he was amazing! They replaced my alternator, and assured me that my radiator only had a bad cap. I am a 22 year old woman & very weary of mechanics because of this. They are very knowledgeable and didn't pressure me in any way! I had an error message regarding the Smart Break system on my Mazda CX-5. Took the vehicle to Crater Lake Mazda for service and was told it would take up to 5 hours to determine the problem. I was unable to afford 5 hours labor so they charged me $187 and sent me on my way. It was suggested I reach out to Neil Brown Automotive. Took the vehicle to Neil and within a couple of hours my car was repaired. It was discovered that a break lamp was out! A break lamp and Crater Lake Mazda with all their fancy equipment couldn't figure that out? I am so appreciative of Neil and his team taking such good care of their customers. We had a great experience with Neil when we were vacationing in S. Oregon and the fuel pump went out on our car. A local friend referred us to this shop, and we weren't disappointed. Because it was Friday and we were from out of town, we were concerned that we wouldn't be able to get our vehicle repaired before we had to head back home. However, by Friday mid-afternoon, we had a call from Neil letting us know that the work was done and we could come pick up the car. They don't try and scam you at all - completely honest and reliable. They got my lil Toyota back into tip top condition and rid me of my worries. As a single woman in the valley I'm always nervous to take my car to a new automotive shop for fear of getting ripped off. That was not the case with Neil Brown automotive. I asked Neil to look at my 2010 Infiniti as some lights were coming on in the interior. Neil got me in quickly and went through my car, gave it a tune-up in front brakes and even fixed a rodent problem that was coming in through one of my air ducts, for a very reasonable price.
