He found that I must have scratched my sclera (white part of my eye) while I was sleeping. He gave me a prescription to protect my eye from bacteria as it healed, wrapped my eye to protect it and reassured me that my eye was going to be ok. Shortly after completion of my visit which covered exactly what I asked for in my estimate, no more, not less, I received a bill including a substantial up-charge. On request for additional information, the office manager provided a garbage response lacking in any detail as to why I was charged more than the estimate. So what's the real reason why? Because they can, and they are arrogant and don't think you or I are deserving of the truth or transparency insofar as their billing practices. This is the second time the exact thing happened to me after deciding to give them another chance. Hopefully this review will save others of the piss-poor experience I've had.
