This is by far the best high end department store and I love this location wayyyy better than the Beverly Hills location. If you're looking for any high end brands this is the place to go, even better than Saks in my opinion. I just left after purchasing a gift and having to beg to have it wrapped and placed in a bag with tissue paper etc. when I asked for it the lady I purchased from gave me an empty bag and had me take that to gift wrapping. I'd originally asked for a gift receipt envelope so it wouldn't get lost and said I wanted the gift to look nice because it is for a child's birthday. After placing an order I called to get a price match that Saks Fifth Ave gave me custom service did not price match and took liberties and cancelled my order without my consent. When I called to ask a supervisor he said the agent "said" I requested, how convenient. So he reorders it and actually does the price match without me even asking and I get off the phone thinking it's resolved only to get a notification that they canceled it again! I call again this is the 3rd call spoke to Amakari M Perry who said she would send me an upgraded snow boot for the same price that I got for the one their customer service agent canceled. Again I get off the phone believing the issue is settled, but No once again I get a notification they canceled this boot as well! This gives me complete anxiety and stress and I lose a whole day from all the Neiman Marcus Drama and Lies and dishonesty and bad business practices and lack of customer retention. So after a day I call again this time I talk to another supervisor by the name of Patinna who will not give her last name but says she is the only Pattina who works in the office. She was kind but clearly Neiman Marcus just lies to their customers because she put in a new order for me to an upgraded snow boot takes my payment and today it canceled with a im sorry email. Yes Neiman Marcus you are sorry! If anyone else out there is has been having this same experience and would like to start a class action law suit please reach out to me. I've shopped with Neiman Marcus mostly for my Matouk towels and they take their sweet little time about shipping even if it's back ordered for months but I never wrote a review because at least I eventually got the product I ordered but in this case it's completely unacceptable they have taken in total 4 orders for black snow boots charged my credit card 4 times and have cancelled all 4 orders. They can not be trusted! I would not recommend shopping with them online. I had the very opposite experience with Saks who did what you would expect they filled my order and shipped it within days. Saks has me as a customer Neiman Marcus has lost my trust and they certainly should have to pay for the stress and crooked dishonest way they treat their customers and dishonest business practices! I like to try before purchasing because I am picky with my skincare , Barmelle at the Nieman Marcus Spa was kind to give me a free facial with selected products, exceeded my expectations. She did a enfered lighting and gave me a great facial along with lymphatic face massage to make my face appear more thin. She also serves champagne if requested. I had an overall great experience. I came here last week and saw a pair of versace sneakers that i loved. My size wasn't available so I opted to order them and have them shipped to my home in chandler, AZ. The sales rep "Jesse Loran" placed an order for my size, however the manner in which he did this was the epitome of foolish. He said it was store policy to have the item shipped to the store first then they overnight the package to the customer. I asked why? Since no other Neiman i've ever been to has done this. He said they like to "make sure everything is good with the order" before sending it to the customer. He also charged me Los Angeles tax (9.5%) instead of Chandler tax (7.8%) and then told me the difference would be refunded after they shipped the shoes. Where is the fucking logic? What is the point of the unnecessary convolution. You're basically delaying/fucking up the customer's order because you don't trust Neiman's HQ to fulfill a shipment? Furthermore, if a customer's order came in and it was incorrect....wouldn't the customer rectify this on their own? Anyhow, I still placed the order because only 1 pair was left in my size. 1 week later, Jessie rep emails me at 4pm and tells me that the shoes came in and that "they are beautiful" but the store will be closed for 2 weeks due to the corona virus epidemic. He says I can come pick it up by 7pm, have the order cancelled. or wait 2 weeks. I tell this morbid idiot that if I had the ability to pick it up, I would not have paid to have it shipped to AZ. I then asked him why the shoes couldn't still be shipped that day? I then ask for a refund. He responds the next day telling me "I will have to refund the order in 2 weeks when the store opens back up. Sorry for the inconvenience". You have to wonder how folks with this type of IQ got these jobs to begin with. The only reason why I didn't give a 1 star is because back in 2018 they actually had good options and I had purchased a good amount of items from them. I will most likely never shop at this store again when i'm in LA. I will stick with neiman in Beverly hills or neiman in fashion island. read more

OMG. I'm so mad because I made a purchase around 3 months ago with a gift card promotion on it with a $250 gift card based on the money I spent. They supposed to send the gift card to me in 2weeks and they just postponed it until now which is almost 3month later. Last representative said I'll get it for sure end of January but not it's the middle of February. He promised me and now when I call them multiple times they say there's no record to show your gift card promotion. I still have my receipt. They take the money first and then they don't send the gift card and you have to keep asking them! My biggest mistake to spend almost $2000 at neiman marcus.
