What a fun little surprise located in a strip mall in Roseville! If you love claw games this is the place to go! There seemed to be only one person working the day we stopped in but she was so friendly and helpful! There are many claw machines with plushies and keychains as well as mini figures. The staff will come around and "fluff" the plushies to make it easier to win and you are able to trade in your winnings. Most of the claw games were 1 token which is roughly $1 per token (if you buy more at a time they offer a discount). So the experience itself was probably average, but I like that this place is 1 coin per game. It's smaller than Duck, but the staff here was diligent with resetting the items so there's at least 1 item that is easily grabbed by the claw. The win rate was higher than Duck from my experience. The prizes are not as good as Duck. The location was ok, hard to find parking for us due to the other shops but not impossible. read more

This was such a fun place to visit! And I'm saying this as I visited an hour after finding my car was broken into and things stolen, dealing with all of the mess that comes with it before going to attempt crane games that I've only ever played once before. If I can enjoy myself after all that, this is a good place to visit. It's located in a little strip mall so it's easy to find parking. When we got there it was on the busier side but staff were still friendly and attentive and it was easy to find open claw machines to play. There's a good variety of plushies to choose from too. What I really liked about this place was that staff was literally asking people if they needed help and would help rearrange the prizes to make it easier to win. This small but incredible gesture was great for adults and kids alike because everyone could be a winner and walk away with something. In the back they have smaller claw machines where you can win more keychain types prizes. Every token is $1 and each of the plushie games were 1 token each. It took awhile but I finally made it out to try this place. I love claw machines and let's just start by saying this place is super cute! Neko in Japanese means cat. There is a Cafe Meow right just a couple doors down. The staff are super nice and will help you win a prize you want. Love that. The decor is also super cute and the prizes are super cute as well. Now let's talk about the machines themselves. The claw strength is medium it's not super strong and the games do take skill. The machines do shake when you move the claws super fast so that caught me off guard. But it's not impossible to win prizes . Your best bet is the flip prizes or swing prizes into the prize chute. Very fun and addicting! It is a small establishment in Roseville on Lexington, south of Hwy 36. The place was clean and organized. The staff members were friendly, professional, and approachable. They have a machine where you can convert cash into tokens. Otherwise, you can buy tokens from the staff at the counter with a debit/credit card, as well as cash. Each machine takes 1 token. Each claw machine has a timer from 20-30 seconds. They also have a bag for all of your winnings. The plushies are good material, well made. Each plush is consider 1 credit. You can trade in the plush for an item behind the counter. I saw a staff helping this little girl by opening the machine, placed the plush right by the drop, closed the door and let the little girl play in hope to win. Overall, I had fun. Really small spot but incredibly fun. Some of these stuffies are really heavy for the crane machines. Most of the time the claw will pick up the item and it seems like you've got it but the arms are moving so hard that when it gets to the top, it hits it so hard it drops the item. The nice thing is the staff can "help" you if you need or ask, they can help fluff or stack up the plushies to help make things easier. It doesn't guarantee you'll still get it though. Lots of cute plush options. You can't use your tokens or cash to buy certain prizes. 1 claw captured plush = 1 credit. I LOVE this place! And by love I mean love, i have like two other claw arcades nearby me in fifteen minutes but this one's about thirty minutes and will I pick this place over them every time? Yes. These claw machines are A LOT less rigged than the other claw arcades and it's only one token per machine! (one dollar) Plus you can ask staff to make it easier for you, and if your playing the keychain ones, if you get it half over, they count it and get it for you! I found this one to be the least forgiving and not as much of a thrill, I would not recommend for children as staff aren't as friendly in helping with the experience. This is awesome! My wife and I brought our 3 yr old daughter unsure how much she was going to be able to participate but there were claw machines her height! They also had a stool that we used at some of the taller machines so she could help win them. The staff were awesome and helped reposition the prizes when we were struggling to get a good spot to grab. We visited this afternoon as a family and were eager to check Neko Clawww out as part of a day of fun for our son's birthday. As soon as we entered we were greeted by the kindest staff who talked us through how to play and encouraged us to ask for help if we needed anything. We purchased $50 worth of tokens and it was enough to really enjoy our time and end up leaving with ten stuffed toys which was thrilling for our kids! The quality of the prizes and the atmosphere made us feel like this was absolutely worth the price. We were so impressed with the incredibly attentive staff who were walking around everywhere helping everyone. They were cheering with our kids when they won a prize and would even help "fluff" some of the stuffies to make the prospect of winning more attainable.
