This place is clean, warm, and welcoming. The massage table was heated as well. I loved and appreciated Maria. She is experienced and has been doing this for awhile. She asked me about my preferences and if I wanted to do any add-ons, which I opted not to do. She made me feel very comfortable and we had a great conversation during the massage session. She constantly asked about the pressure she was giving me and I was just very glad I booked with her. I recommend IMR. This place feels very clean and professional. The therapists I've worked with have always been knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely attentive. They take the time to listen to my concerns before each session and tailor the treatment accordingly. I always leave feeling significantly better than when I walked in, and that's why I've remained a loyal customer for so many years. Unfortunately, I recently learned that IMR is now charging a 3% surcharge for credit card payments, and I have to say, it really annoys me. In today's world, paying with a credit card is the norm, and accepting those processing fees has traditionally just been part of the cost of doing business. Seeing that expense passed directly on to loyal customers--especially members--was disappointing. I truly enjoy supporting this business and would much rather continue my membership, but this new surcharge has honestly made me question whether I want to keep it. It's unfortunate because the quality of the massages has never been the issue. I sincerely hope they reconsider this policy, because it's the one thing that's making me think twice about continuing as a member.

We did the traditional Thai massage for 60 minutes, in the same room, and the pressure was definitely intense at times. There were certain points where it was painful -- but the good kind of painful, where you can actually feel something releasing. By the end, my back almost felt like it had these tiny vibrations running through it. Hard to explain, but I walked out feeling completely different. And whatever they were doing, they were GOOD at it. This is exactly the kind of massage where I want to feel like they actually worked on my body rather than just lightly rubbing it for an hour. I also remember the price being very reasonable for the quality, especially compared with what you can pay for massages around Vegas. Five stars. I've tried other Thai massages since this one and have basically been chasing this experience ever since. Next time I'm in Vegas, I'm absolutely coming back. When I asked for something for my face like a towel to pad it a bit she pulled out a large neck brace sized pillow which propped my head up very high and was uncomfortable in it's own way. I asked for focus on my hands and feet and she barely touched either. Same thing for my fiancé, her requests were ignored as well. She spent the majority of the 90 minutes on my fiancé's legs instead of a full body as expected, and actually massaged her spine which was unexpected. It just didn't seem like the two masseuses were very experienced. All in all it definitely wasn't worth the $350 for 90 minutes. We would have been much better off getting massages at the Aria where we were staying. I guess that's what we get for trying to support a local business and save a couple of bucks.

First off, making an appointment was super easy! I had no trouble with getting in last minute. Not only did they attend myself but also my mom and sister (which if you have more than one person its always better to plan ahead to make sure you get the best service and the time needed). The day off the appointment we came in and Kass the store manager greeted us with such great energy, the studio is adorable and our massage therapist was amazing! Kass made sure we were prepared for our massages, he was so attentive to our needs and walked us through everything we needed to know! Tony our massage therapist was so friendly that he made the experience so comfortable! Downtown Vegas has always had a serious lack of massage options that aren't super creepy. I happened to walk by Neko during my most recent stay and gave it try. They got me in as a walk-in and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The space is super beautiful and relaxing, the massage therapist (Carson) was incredibly talented and professional, and for Vegas the prices are incredibly reasonable.
