This place is really going downhill. I wanted to stop in to get a fresh juice but they only had bottle, super disappointing. I ordered a little smoothie for my daughter and that was great but everything just took a long time and there was only one staff. I was planning to pick up a bag of juice cleanse but I guess they don't do that anymore. Just sucks. It used to smell like fresh Ingredients and it's kind of gross in there now. Looks like they haven't mopped in weeks. Someone please go help this store. I sure hope all the locations aren't like this. read more

At Persmart dropping my dog off at the groomers looking for a quick bite & noticed Nekter Juice Bar was nearby. A smoothie would be perfect as I would be running errands for the next couple of hours. I got a cold brew smoothie - Cold brew, housemade cashew milk, banana, vegan protein, and agave nectar. It was pretty good and filling as I wasn't hungry for a few hours. I also see that they have detox juice which I'm interested in but I wish they offered tasting as I want to ensure they are drinkable before I purchase. I stopped here quickly for an acai bowl around 11am on Saturday and there was only one other person in line. I ran to the bathroom first and then ordered. I had the acai banana berry bowl and didn't wait too long for it. The cashier was very friendly and we made some small talk. He thanked me for my purchase and off I was with my bowl. Staff at this location was awkward and defensive. I had a coupon for a free shot with the purchase of a juice or smoothie. The title of the coupon said "juice" but the description said "juice or smoothie". Cashier wanted to argue and rolled her eyes with attitude when I explained the full text. First visit since this location opened. Walked in and everything was clean, roomy and AC was nice and cool. I was greeted with a smile and quickly helped. I decided to get the DragonFruit Açaí Bowl, normally I just get the regular Açaí Bowl- well the Dragon Fruit Bowl was so pretty and delicious so I'm glad I did. My Bowl was the brightest hot pink- so fun! My Bowl tasted healthy and delicious- the Fruit was perfect. I don't have anything negative to say about my visit. It was pleasant! We came in from a Movie next store. It was close to closing time (10 minutes before closing). We weren't greeted with much enthusiasm by the cashier, and I get it...they were obviously prepping for closing. The cashier was kind enough to just say no worries I will honor it, and we both ordered my Favorite- the pink flamingo!! This location has employees who are consistently rude, dismissive and have zero customer service skills. Working nearby myself and employees have ordered here several times and it's always the same. I have tried to speak with management (Maddie) but never get a response. I have called corporate but also the same nothing in return. This company seems to care very little about customer service and how their business is handled. Along with the poor customer service the bowls are never consistent in size or color. You would think it's not rocket science to blend fruit and slice a banana with a smile but for this place it seems impossible!!! read more

I'm going to preface this review by saying I really hate powdered smoothies. It seems everywhere you look when you add a smoothie to an order they scoop some junk got into a cup and mix it which is gross. This place was an absolute Delight. I got the berry banana blast smoothie and Kingston all the fresh fruits and different ingredients was fantastic. The staff special young lady who helps with the counter was extremely helpful and courteous. Price may have been just a tad high but the alternative makes my stomach churn with the powdered junk I mentioned before. Great place to stop for a date night or just a little something to boost up your system as they have a large variety of items whether it be bowls or smoothies and a lot of different combinations. I was a bit hesitant to come and check them out today after the reviews I read, but because i noticed it was a new location and I love Nekter I decided to give it a shot. It's hard to get all the kinks out when just opening. Walking in it has the same decor as most Nekter's I've been too, but a great insta wall of you want pictures. It took me a minute to look over the menu and decide what I wanted because I was bummed to see that the drink I love apparently is a seasonal item...Hopefully it will be back for Summer. I talked with the girl at the counter and I decided on the Pink Flamingo Smoothie. It has Pitaya, strawberry, pineapple, agave nectar, and coconut water blended. It tasted delicious and to my pleasant surprise tastes pretty close to the drink I originally was hoping for. Which is a skinny colada. I also ordered a açaí banana berry bowl which comes with Açaí, strawberry, pineapple*, blueberry, banana, and housemade cashew milk blended together and topped with hempseed granola, fresh strawberry, blueberry, banana, and agave nectar. Service was wonderful and I was acknowledged by both employees right when I walked in. My smoothie and bowl were out to me in less than five minutes. The bowl was so big I couldn't finish. The store smells bad when you walk in. Air fresheners are plugged in so it appears they are trying to cover it up. I've been to this store twice and both times have been underwhelmed by their customer service. Nobody ever smiles at you. My bowls were ok... my second visit ... the protein power bowl tasted mostly like banana inside. The bathroom was so messy and has a TP roll on the ground... the floor in lobby looked like it hadn't been swept in days. I will not be returning. I hate leaving negative reviews... but yall are in the service industry and it's a shame the poor customer service that I've continued to get here. It was 6:59 pm and I got hit with, "we are closed" I said, "it's 6:59??" Cashier said, "we close at 7, sorry." And I was denied service!!! Apparently you close at 7 pm but all over the web it clearly says 8 pm. It takes what 1 minute to blend me a smoothie, COME ON! Ordered online in advance. The estimate was 20 minutes. Came into the store 25 minutes after the order was placed and had to wait for 5 minutes before someone even came to the front counter to acknowledge me (as well as the other customers that were waiting). I was told they were still working on it (I ordered 2x 16 oz drinks). After waiting another 15 minutes I finally recieved my drinks. That is a 45 minute total wait for two drinks. read more

I only had three slices (not full strawberries) in my bowl so I went to the counter to ask for more. After getting a dirty look, the girl cut the strawberry with her bare hands and picked it up and almost put it in my bowl, but I stopped her.
