    Donuts and rude bishessssss

Door dasher/pickup for order Came here on 01-18-2026 Once again rude service did not greet or acknowledge me nor the counter until they seen they were getting a line. Try to rush me to verify the door dash order. Please understand customer service is not based off just working you have to have a great attitude.

BoSa Donuts is the standard for donuts in the Phoenix area. More times than not, if there is a box of donuts being shared, they are from one of the many Bosa's locations. My favorite item on the Bosa's menu is their apple fritter. Bosa's apple fritters are darker than many other donut shops. They almost look burnt, they are not. This results in a deeper flavor. BoSa's apple fritters are filled with cinnamon. Apple bits are plentiful. Bosa's apple pieces have a crisper bite than many other places. Inside is soft and fluffy. This location is relatively big. Plenty of seating is available inside. In a hurry, a drive up window is available. Service is quick.

Great food and even better customer service! We come often since we live nearby and it's a nice place to bring family too.

I drank a few sips of my coffee and noticed something on the inside of my cup it was a nat floating in my coffee I don't know how it got in there because my cup was one that you punched a straw through and that nat wouldn't have flown down the straw it had to have been in the coffee.

Great prices. The donut holes are really good and a great price! A dozen donut holes are $1.50 with tax! The chocolate donut was really good! They have a drive thru!

The best part about being in the deli is the atmosphere. There is a full grocery store of Italian foods, people eating at the dining area and ordering going on at the deli counter. It is a fun place to be. Highly recommend!

I stepped into this joint and transported back in time - Sunday after church, five years old again with my grandparents, standing at the counter of Giannella's in Paterson, NJ. With the exception of the cashier dude, the staff was...uh..."mezza morto," and definitely in need of some Italian or Italian-American inspiration. A little life. A little rhythm. A smile perhaps. I ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich, add wet mozzarella, hot soppressata, roasted red peppers, oil, and balsamic.. The cutlets were too thick and the mozzarella, although fresh, was strangely tasteless. Apparently this sandwich was infused with gold, crypto, or something because it rang in at $24 with the add-ons. My person had the eggplant parm, which unfortunately was over-seasoned with only a slight trace of mozzarella. The marinara on the side was undefinable. We hit the bakery on the way out. The sfogliatella and cannoli were great, and so were the ladies behind the counter, warm, lively, and actually happy to be there. Look, I'm goin' back to Romanelli's. I'll even pay another $24 for a sandwich. There's a reason this place has been there for decades, and they deserve another shot.

One of my favorites to get is their spaghetti and meatballs meals. It comes with salad, garlic bread and the spaghetti and meatballs! Let me tell you the spaghetti and meatballs are so delicious! Some others that are definitely worth mentioning is their pizza buying per slice (great portion size btw), and their pastas! A must when visiting is getting their pistachio Dubai chocolate cannoli! Their cannolis are made fresh and they really are amazing! The espresso tastes amazing! One thing that really stands out to me is that this deli/ grocery has been in business for a long time and the owners/employees are so welcoming and make you feel at home! They welcome you with genuine happiness. They have outdoor seating and they offer to go. They do have 2 spots for accessible parking and a few ramps. Ordered a cherry-covered cheesecake for the birthday girl. I don't know if the person serving us was being funny - or thought she was -- but instead of 24 cookies, we only got 19, which filled the very small box and broke almost 1/3rd of them. Instead of the cherry danish, we got a cream cheese danish; the cheesecake was nowhere to be found; the chocolate eclair was also missing. We came back into the store and the person who served us was nowhere to be seen, so we re-ordered the eclair, cheesecake, and cherry danish. The cream cheese danish was disappointing: it was cooked with bready-dough, and the cream cheese filling tasted like it came from a can. The best bakeries usually use a laminated dough so that the danish comes out crispy and buttery. Many of the best bakeries use a homemade filling so that the fruit is at its peak of flavor. We didn't know about the cookies, which we'd kept sealed in a cold bag to prevent the chocolate from melting in the 100° heat, and to keep the cookies from being crushed. It wasn't until we got to the fire department that we learned that the cookies were jammed into the tiny box so crowded that they broke as more were added, and that we only got 19 instead of 24. I don't know why was wrong with the young woman who took our order. Maybe she was in a mood, or stoned. I don't know. We were pleasant and we had a moment's exchange (between my friend and I) about what to get for the birthday girl... maybe we strained her patience to the breaking point with a discussion of 3-4 seconds. I don't understand how the items we originally ordered were missed, because we pointed to the pastries we wanted by touching the display case at each tray we selected for our choices. I'd hate to think that she treats others that way, or that she had in mind to treat us poorly. Too bad, because the pastries and cakes looked delicious, but we're left with the choice of not going back, or having our order filled by someone who doesn't fill our orders properly. Time will tell.
