Later, after doing my own research, I found out substitutions could actually be made to create a better option for my goals. When I asked specifically for those substitutions, they then said, "Oh yeah, we can do that." My frustration is that this helpful information should have been offered from the beginning. As a customer, I was looking for guidance and recommendations, and it felt like there was little effort to help me find something that worked for my needs. I understand prices are going up everywhere, but when customers are paying premium prices, good customer service matters even more.
