Employee not feeling well because there were no other employees to fill in, couldn't take a break to even get a drink of water. How do they properly go to the bathroom or wash up after or maintain necessary cleanliness standards for the kitchen. Manager/ owner doesn't do weekends apparently , didn't even have necessary bagging supplies let alone food items and sandwich additions, vegetables, cheese and meat.
