Ask for a reschedule and they canceled my order and then added fees. Was chatting with a representative and she stop responding. This is unacceptable! I want my fees waived and my items I paid for.

NEW means all syringes are filled and sealed

***********A GOOD THING GONE BAD************ This use to be my second home, according to boyfriend my first. LOL!!! Now it has become really popular amongst people. The popularity coupled with the junk selling has placed a damper on my shopping thrill. I was amongst those who would regularly pickup items 2- 3 times a week with no returns. Now I am finding myself ordering 10-15 items and returning at least five. It is a huge inconvenience because I have to sit in parking lot and review everything and then send back a lot of items. Then the workers don't take their time placing items in the car, they hurry up and just throw them in your car and move onto the next. Well yesterday I picked up an oral whitening kit. In the description it read NEW, which meant it has not been used and still in manufacturer' s condition. I opened the kit and two of the syringes have been used along with the mouth Gard. I was blown away. It was very nasty and unsanitary. When items are returned no one is checking them before placing back in QUE to bind on item. If the workers would inspect the products than this problem would be curtailed tremendously. I remember a while ago, a manager expressed to me the staff don't read and inspect, they scan and place on shelf for bidding. Then after sending an email not looking for anything in return just wanted to express my thoughts. I was emailed in return with Jardine to push the blame on me who should be grateful this is located here. It was very offensive and the representative had no empathy. Instead of taking full responsibility. The representative provided details about the policy, how to return the item and the time I have to return the item. It was obviously not important to review the account and see it was already returned I just wanted to express to corportate.

What a wild concept. I say that because is it close out? Is it liquidation? Is it a pallet return store? I was driving by weekly as they were building the property to get to Bridgeland on 99. I looked at their website *then* to get an idea of what type of auction. Seemed kind of like a funky niche of items. My mom told me about it & said a friend of hers buys frequently from there. She found a 99 cent pair of pantyhose. Again with the niche... lol Then, I saw a guy bidding on a peloton bike at my son's Christmas program. We've been needing a new washing machine because our 6 year old one had enough. Something told me to check Nellis. Boom. A brand new, still in box Kenmore. I won for $297. We picked it up & again what a wild concept! Their building is massive. There's a small pickup area for you to grab your item(s). When you drive behind the building, there's tons of empty 18 wheelers, pallets nearly stacked, bays full of discarded items that I guess arrive broken? Pickup was mostly organized. The QR code to check in wasn't working so an employee was nice to tell me, "I'll need your phone number." I gave it to him, some guy flung the washer in to the bed of our truck lol, and another guy told me he needed a 4 digit code. None of the emails, app notifications, or appointment settings said anything about a 4 digit code. It's supposed to be the last 4 of your phone number, FYI. Anyways - highly recommend checking out their site, making sure your item is new & shopping to beat retail prices!

It's a hit or miss. But they have a great and easy return policy. Check all of your items you win before leaving and return the same trip.

Selling items that are "used" when actually they should've been trashed.

Disappointed My first adventure was bidding on this pool thermometer. It said "used" but this is beyond used, most likely broken. Its solar panel is cracked, waiting for it to charge to see if it'll even turn on. The fact I was waiting in the line for 30 mins past my appointment time to get this garbage is beyond ridiculous.

Gold deer statues. Really nice and only paid $5.

Great way to get discounted items. Have to be careful as the bidding part is very challenging. I want to win. . The only "beware" is that I would highly recommend reviewing all pictures of the item as I found one item where picture not matching to the actual item description. Returns are easy however you lose the buyers premium. REVIEW THE PICS.

I was getting a bed. One box was given and I found it odd but depends on the pieces. Get home (because let's be honest: you really get a rushed feeling) and see 4/4 so I went online to find that now there is an updated note that it was only box 4. Then the audacity of having the rest of the boxes on sale with the same picture. The nerve to not give me the whole bed but instead of reaching out, they just go forth to sell the rest of the bed as a separate auction. The foul part is if you were to win both it passes the estimated retail. My first use of Nellis and this left a very sour taste in my mouth about the establishment, care for the customer, and overall mass push to sell to the ever lining up people. I get it is discounted but there has to be more quality assurance.

    Today's haul from Nellis!

And I don't harbor any ill feelings about that, it's actually one of the biggest turn ons. And if you don't believe me, check her out on cam den you will. We've been looking for a new place to live, further from the bustle of inner city Houston, and Katy is somewhere we've always strongly considered because of all the great food that is here, although Houston food is much better, and we've been thinking of moving to Katy because of how quiet and unspoiled it is. Besides, Katy is actually about the same distance from Chinatown (feels like it anyway) and Spring Branch as Downtown Houston (which is near where we live), so in that regard, it wouldn't be as far from the best of Houston anyway. Plus it might be good for Barbi's work, but then again it might not in some ways, as it's mostly Galleria work and Airport work. Anyway we've checked out a bunch of different apartment buildings and these guys were pretty nice and pretty accommodating, but the horror stories from the current residents that we've spoken to, and some of the things we observed when we slept over for a night with someone that lives here (who also has lots of stories), and then the other reviews, this place ended up being anything but something that we would want to be involved with. I just find the juxtaposition between the amount they charge for tiny little violations of a very strange code of conduct, versus how non-existent security is, and inappropriate interpretations of rules just for profit, even as much as towing people away that actually live here (we were worried about it when we stayed, but apparently even residents are). Definitely not going to get more than three from me. And probably won't be moving in. Not to mention they raise the price dramatically on a regular basis. But based on how beautiful it is, it's 5 stars all the way. It's so sad that so many property management companies make so many beautiful properties a bit of a nightmare to live in.

The leasing office has been responding to all my complaints and are always very prompt! But the noise still continues and the neighbors are very inconsiderate. The noise with all the running, jumping, screaming and stomping starts about 6 or 7 AM and continues until midnight! I understand little ones run around and have a lot of energy but ALL DAY AND NIGHT?! Now that I have reported it to the leasing office, the noise seems intentional because it has become worse. I would have moved to the 3rd floor if they had elevators but they don't! And unfortunately I have osteoarthritis in my knee so I cannot climb 3 flights of stairs every day. The office has assured me that they are taking the necessary steps to inform the neighbors and to resolve the issue but it takes time. The neighbors seem to not care and continue every day. Other than that, the complex itself is great! My unit is nice and roomy! I LOVE, LOVE my patio area and how it is set up! Maintenance always responds to my request fast and most of the time the same day. The grounds are well kept and clean. The staff Jeremie, Heather and Fadi are always professional and considerate! Maintenance is always courteous. And most of the residents I have interacted with or met in passing are decent human beings and respectful.

She told me yes and mentioned a tip for the person who helped. A gentleman then helped my husband carry the mirror down the stairs. At the top of the stairs, a woman who I believe is named Brittany Y. began following closely behind them on the staircase, which felt unnecessary and made an already difficult situation more stressful. Once downstairs, I handed a cash tip directly to the gentleman. At that point, Brittany took the money from his hand and immediately asked me if I had more to give. When I said "excuse me," she responded, "Not trying to be tacky, but can you give him more money?" I declined. Instead of leaving it there, she remained outside harassing me while my husband and I secured the mirror and continued to ask us for more money. During this time, she told me that "this is her business, and the employee only makes $15 an hour and she doesn't have insurance for them to move things". This was uncomfortable and inappropriate. Discussing an employee's wages and internal policies with a customer-- and especially asking for more money--is highly unprofessional. I did apologize just to end the interaction, but the situation should never have escalated this way. I was willing to tip for help, but being pressured repeatedly and having the money taken from the employee was unacceptable. While I appreciate the help from the gentleman, this experience left a very negative impression. If employees are not supposed to assist with moving items, Brittany could have said something before they started down the stairs.
