While waiting, employees were gathered at the checkout counter openly cussing. One female employee literally told another to "shut the f*** up." Completely unprofessional and unacceptable in any restaurant, especially with families present. We had a small child who was already upset, and to make matters worse, some of the employees' friends were sitting at a table loudly making rude comments about our child. That alone guarantees we will never return. Good food means nothing when the staff destroys the atmosphere and shows zero respect for customers. We will not be back.

A nice gentleman came around and took my order. First thing they had square and it defaulted to a 23% tip. I don't like when they do that, I do know it is the programming. Chile Colorado is like a beef stew so even with low quality meet if simmered for several hours meat is usually quite tender. So it was disappointing.
