I told Scott what had happened, and even though it was moments before closing, he was determined to confirm if my computer was indeed faulty. He literally insisted on helping me sort out the issue. He willingly took the time then and the next day to decipher the issue. I couldn't believe my eyes. He completely restored the computer to perfect a functioning state. Just incredible. He offered to help me in my distress, solved the problem, AND didn't even charge me. I am astounded. I think going in for computer repair is a worse feeling than going to the dentist, but not when you're going to Pheonix Computers. Came out to repair my oven ($800) , and after he left one of the burners wouldn't work. Suggested perhaps the wire for the element had come loose when the stovetop was put back on the previous visit. Wouldn't hear of it, suggested maybe a mouse ate the wire. Quoted us $350 for the part. Ordered the part online ourselves for $120 - lifted up the stove top and found the element hadn't been plugged in. No mouse. Contacted him to let him know - and nada. Clearly a bit of a rip off situation.
