I reached out to a few plumbers in the area and Arrowhead was one of the first to respond. Derrick, the owner and a Master Plumber, came out to assess the situation. He was upfront about all the options, from a patch repair to a full line replacement, and explained the pros and cons of each without pressuring me into anything. He always took my opinion into consideration. The estimate was fair and clearly written. He sent the invoice via both text and email, and offered multiple ways to pay. The crew showed up on time Wednesday morning. They finished at a reasonable time, which seemed quick to me for a full water line replacement from the meter to the house. The workers were all really nice and professional. Before he left, Derrick was very thorough. When the job was finished I was excited and ready to use the water again. I tested everything and it was working as expected. It would have been easy for Arrowhead to just pack up and leave at that point, but Derrick took the time to make sure I was well equipped to check pressure and plumbing in my home. He actually found that I had toilets that needed to be rebuilt and were still running water. I had no idea they were leaking or even how to check for that. When I asked for specifics on the code requirements, he refused to provide any. To ensure I wasn't being overcharged, I brought in another plumber for a second opinion. The second plumber showed me that most of the items I was being charged for weren't necessary, and the legitimate out-of-pocket cost should have been around $350. I attempted to work through the warranty company to adjust the charges, but Arrowhead Plumbing then refused to do the work at all. Cinch Home Services also refused to validate Arrowhead's demands or let me work with a different service provider. This experience has been frustrating, to say the least. I strongly encourage others to avoid Arrowhead Plumbing and Cinch Home Services and look into the complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau if you're considering using them.

Months later, I had an issue with rainwater leaking into my basement. I called another plumber and was told the area needed excavation and proper sealing. Emir said he would return to repair the work correctly once the rain stopped and everything was dry; he even took ownership of the faulty work. However, it's been two days. He said he would come but hasn't come or called. I am agitated. I understand scheduling conflicts; what I don't understand is not communicating and scheduling me accordingly so I can get this repair done. I don't do people wrong, and I don't dishonor people.
