I took the vehicle back so they can look at it. When I say they provided me sign a loaner until I get mh vehicle back. They have kept in contact with daily with the process of my vehicle. Long story short, they called ms and stated my vehicle was ready. The advisor advise me that they have fix my chief complaint plus they have put four new tires on, they have change my oil, transmission fluids, done the entire inspection. I am so grateful that these people at Carmax have helped me out a lot. They took so much stressed off of me. I would most definitely recommend CARMAX to anyone as they care for customers.     This place is a joke. I have used Carmax for the last 10 years across the country and have had…read morenothing but great experiences both selling and purchasing vehicles. This location is a complete disaster. They literally have children selling the vehicles who don't even understand how financing works. The GM makes promises on things being taken care of after the fact and won't put anything in writing and then service asks for $1000 in labor. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this location. Carmax should definitely investigate this location.

    Did you know that Mike Thomas, the Director of Service and Parts thinks women are dumb, foreigners…read moreuse fake names, and they can change the terms of their services and warranties as they see fit? What great business practices. Some of the worst service I've ever had. I bought my Sienna in 2012 with a lifetime alignment and lifetime powertrain warranty. Now the manager tells me they will no longer honor my lifetime alignment because they stopped it years ago and don't want to do any services unless they are paid or deal with me anymore. Thanks Casey and Mike. In addition, a 1-hour alignment took 4 hours because no one bothered to tell me you have to wait 3 hours before we will even look at your car whether you have an appointment or not. Unless you are throwing money at them, they don't care about you. I can't even get Dena, the Operations Manager, to call me back. Update: 7/8/26 Mike Thomas, the Director of Service called me back. He said he didn't want to talk to me in front of my adult daughters because they wouldn't understand mechanic talk. Then he tells me the lifetime alignment deal they sold me was only meant for customers to come in so they can sell them other services, not for customers to use the services they've already paid for. In addition, they have the right to terminate any lifetime services or warranties as they see fit. To compensate, they want to buy me out to no longer be a customer there for $200. Then he asked if my name was real or a fake name because it sounds foreign and I picked it to make it easier in the US. Yes I am an American citizen. Do I have to prove it to get service? So far Andy Obeissy, the General Manager/Owner has yet to call me back either. So other than being dishonest about services and warranties, thinking women are dumb, and thinking all foreigners use fake names; what else can he do? Has he asked his Lebanese boss if Andy is his real name?

We were able to get a great price with no haggling. Colin followed up with us a couple days later to make sure everything was going well which it was. He is very knowledgeable about the car and explained everything about the crazy new technology in the vehicle. We totally recommend Colin and will use him again if we ever buy a car again

I took my 2020 Bolt in to have a known battery recall issue corrected that was caused by GM entering the wrong software update when replacing the battery and because they were not the original dealer they charged me 479.00 for something that should have been covered by recall because they caused the problem that could only be fixed by GM this dealer charged me 52.00 for shop supplies for programming issues on an electric car! There are no parts needed and when I demanded to know what "supplies" that they used all they would say is that it was for the programming cable and when I asked for the cable since I was charged for it they said it was just for the use of it and it was their cable. !!SCAM!!! I had to pay them to get my car back and now am working to try to recoup my money from GM. So I say again run don't walk away from these thieves, they surely do not represent or care about GM owners.
