I took the medicine and recovered after I finished the medicine. Amy was very friendly and answered my questions on the doctors and clinic/office operations. 2nd visit was for my pain at the back of the ankle (achilles) for almost 3 months. Don walked in with a huge smile and very friendly and checked my foot and found a bump at the back of heel that needed x-ray to confirm. (when I saw my podiatrist twice in the last month, he didn't even notice it). only problem is the x-ray order form had a wrong address that I ended up driving around to find the correct location. I've decided to make an appointment with the MD in the house to see if I can change my PCP to this location for convenience. earliest appointment is 2 months away, hopefully this is bc MD is on travel, and not a typical trend for scheduling. but at least the PAs were knowledgeable and the staffs were very friendly. So happy I've found this place w/in 10min. from my house.

While I was trying to explain my situation and ask for help, he repeatedly interrupted and cut me off before I could finish speaking. He showed very little patience and seemed completely unwilling to listen or provide any assistance. This kind of attitude is unacceptable for someone working at the front desk of a healthcare facility. Patients come to a clinic because they need help, and the very least they should receive is basic courtesy, patience, and respect. Based on my interaction with him, John needs significant customer-service training before working in a position that requires direct interaction with patients. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that patients are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.

I was having knee pain for a few days and decided to check this place out because it was close to me and they took my insurance. I went to their website around 4pm and scheduled an 8am appointment the following day. I came a bit early, but they do not open doors until exactly 8am. I was the first, with 2 people behind me to check in. Within 5 minutes of checking in, I was called in by the MA for vitals ask about what was going on. After the MA finished, I was seen by the NP within 10 minutes to assess and evaluate my issue. I was in and out of the building in about 30 minutes. Probably one of the best urgent care visits I have ever had. The building is very clean, have a more modern aesthetic, and they are a bit more on the technology side. I was surprised the MA took a picture with the tablet of my knee and she said that if I were to come back, they would want to see if there was any progress or worsening from the original visit. Everyone was professional and nice. I had no concerns with urgent care. I looked at some of the reviews prior to mine and it appears there is a lot of misinformation on insurance, payment, billing, and the roles of the urgent care as well as their staff (i.e. NPs, PAs). I encourage others to check in with your insurance on how billing/copays work and to understand NPs and PAs are medically trained to be specialized in the urgent care specialty.

Too awful for words, can't even read comments and notes in their own system. They need better staff. I will be working on getting a better primary for my son. This place is so bad.

As of today, September 14, still had not sent the refill authorization to CVS so we called again today and were once again told that the doctor was not in. We asked whether another doctor could authorize the refill, since I have already been without my medication since last week and am now experiencing withdrawal symptoms. I feel that this clinic has ignored an important responsibility regarding a patient's medication. A prescription refill, especially for a medication like Zoloft that should not be stopped suddenly, should be handled more seriously and promptly. This experience has been extremely frustrating and concerning. I would not recommend this clinic based on the way they handled my refill request.

She also offers lots of convenient times for patients to be seen in early morning and afternoon appointments for those on tight work schedules. And tho we need to go to labs and do shots at the pharmacy or separate facilities, when the results for them come out the office staff are very prompt and contacted me via email so I have the paperwork ready without needing another trip.
