I went to this place because it was close. They recorder my VIN, measured the tread depth and photographed the sidewalls of all four tires. They also made a copy of my purchase invoice. Today they told me they needed new photographs of the tires and a copy of the invoice, because they had lost them. They also retook the tread depth. I had to drive the 19 miles round trip, wasting my time and gas. Either they are totally incompetent or they are dragging their heels at the behest of Goodrich. I don't know which.
