Wes was an asshole to me for asking questions about my vehicle. I get my car back 3 days later . I'm driving back home they failed to put all of my bolts back on my metal skid plate 4 bolts missing there are 6 altogether . So it's flapping and dangling . After leaving there shop I had to pull over on the highway just to turn back around and drive back to Christian Brothers. My skid plate could have caught on something and ripped the plastic off on the bottom of my vehicle or could have lodged up underneath potentially damaging expensive components like the oil pan, transmission, transmission pan. They had to go and look around to try and find MY SKID PLATE BOLTS! Incompetence...

They completed the work and charged me $324.83. A couple days later I noticed my heater was blowing only cold air. Come to find out the reason was all the coolant had leaked out of my car! I had been driving it for two days with no coolant! Thankfully it was extremely cold during that time and the engine didn't blow up in my car! I bought coolant to fill it up and could see where it was pouring out from a connecting hose. I went back to Take 5 and told them about the problem. They repaired it and I was offered a full refund to make it right. After two weeks my money was never refunded to my card. I called the office number and was told they would mail me a check for the full amount. The next day the shop manager called me and told me instead of them sending me a check he would refund the amount back to my card. Now a month later nothing has been refunded and no check was mailed! They are nothing but a bunch of scammers! Again if you value your vehicle DO NOT BRING IT TO TAKE 5!

I am a woman and it's great to go into an auto shop and not have to worry about dealing with weasels. Example: The week before, they fixed a flat (different tire) which saved me the expense of having to buy a new tire. This week, I got a flat on a different tire (unlucky!). They were able to quickly replace my flat tire with a new one of the same brand, size, and series (would have bought two new tires, but couldn't fit in the budget). Even though their website didn't have any scheduled appointments, Tyler and Chase were able to squeeze me in. They gave me a great price and had me out the door in about 15 minutes. Thank you for the fast, capable service, Tyler and Chase! And after everything (both times), they properly stowed the spare tire! Waiting area is clean, comfortable, with free drinks. It even has a small table and chair set for kids. Garrett Tire & Auto will be my go-to from now on. Highly recommended!

They call me tell me the noise that I was hearing was from my big tires on my truck and charge me for a tire rotation, which I never agreed for them to do. I get to the shop asked them if they would ride with me to hear the noise I was originally talking about. To their surprise, they heard the noise I was originally referring to.I tell them what I think it might be and I left the truck with them to look at it again. I've attached the estimate they gave me to fix what "the issue was". My husband looks at it because he said there's no way that noise could be from what they stated. And what did he find out, sure enough all it was was broken brake clips. This cost me roughly $12 I think to replace. The whole point to this post is to say, wait let your husband look at it or you can just take it to the shop like I did get charged for something it didn't need and then get lied to about an expensive unnecessary repair. Also,I've learned that even though this is 2024 we are still in the 1900s Era where men think women don't know crap.
