This meaning we get this embarrassing matter resolved as quickly and as smoothly as possible. After repeated phone calls and unanswered emails over the course of the past month, I finally was able to get a response last week via email that he is "trying his best" & "would let me know by end of day". Guess what? I received no further inquiries whatsoever. I can't very well fire him, as I've invested so much in him and can't afford to hire someone else. I'm basically stuck. I fully understand that there is a process and paperwork to be done. But I expect answers in a timely fashion, not weeks down the line. I guess I expected much more communication for my money.
