I came to this Carbon Health because I was suffering from sinus pain after my trip to Hawaii. I went to an urgent care in Hawaii, and they diagnosed me with the same thing Carbon Health did, but they never sent my prescription, and they were unresponsive after I had called them and left a voicemail. The clinic is incredibly clean and open. My appointment was right before closing (I get off at 6 and it took me 30 minutes to get to this clinic) and I was still received with amazing customer service the entire time. I waited 15 minutes before being seen. Michelle came in, apologizing for the wait, and immediately got to work. She gave me warmth and empathy that I've never gotten out of another provider. When I told her that I never got my prescription in Hawaii but it was probably because of the incoming hurricane so things got messed up, she said it was still unacceptable for them not to follow up and get me my prescriptions. My new prescriptions from Michelle were ready in 45 minutes. She answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. I'm not healed yet (only been a couple of days) but I know that I'd feel very taken care of if I need to go back.

She won't make you feel crazy coming in with twenty questions and self-diagnoses, and will explain on every point what's happening or not happening. After some questionable test results, she referred me to a specialist who diagnosed me quickly, rather than enduring health issues for years like so many other patients.
