At the time I was shopping there was one other customer in the store and she was getting help with something from one of the 2 employees there. Very disappointed that neither employee offered to put the pile of clothing I had in my arms in a room so I could continue shopping. So I didn't continue, but let them know I was headed into the dressing room. I dropped some of the pile of clothing I was carrying on the floor and one of the employees standing a few feet from me did not offer to help me even then, she actually laughed. As I was in the dressing room I needed to try other sizes, but no help from the employees who were helping no one! They were putting clothing on the sale rack and at one point were in the dressing room talking. No offer to help or to check on my progress as is customary. I did buy a few items and made my return. She approached two employees who were deeply engaged in a personal conversation and asked them for help. They clearly heard her but did not acknowledge her and continued talking. She asked a second time and was ignored again. At that point, I decided not to purchase the jeans, despite really liking them. I refuse to support a business--especially given the price point of your products--that shows such disregard for customer service. Perhaps the items are popular enough that some customers overlook the unprofessional and disrespectful atmosphere, but I will not.
