The grounds are beautiful and you can tell that the outside workers take pride in what they do. The office staff were helpful, and not pushy at all. They listened to us and were mostly concerned with helping us get what we wanted and not on what someone else might think we should have. The prices for the plots were a lot better than the other two places we talked to and we had a lot of nice areas to choose from. Only thing I don't like is that they lock the gate when it gets dark at night so I can't come visit after work. Most people wouldn't care but I work an odd schedule. Wish they would leave it open all the time. Thank you to the staff for guiding our family through what was a very hard time.

I spoke with them last week and was told they had it and would have it added to her marker! If you must use this place for burial of your loved one, be prepared for lies and disappointment from the staff.

My mom had been sick for years and was very isolated as she neared the end. She didn't want a big service or event. I had a friend who lost their son and used the company- cremation options. After a little research I found that all of the mortuaries and funeral homes in the Knoxville area use the same cremation facility. Ask for the price of the service in writing flat - no up charge - this company did. They were so compassionate and cut and dry; without any extra frills or add-ons (things like cosmetology or dressing or transportation) ... the experience we had with this family run company was... I hate to say but it was calming and uplifting. It was such a relief to know that my mother was is going to be taken care of with dignity and respect. The friends that recommended them were able to attend their son's cremation and put hand prints on the enclosure before he entered the cremation chamber (sorry to be frank). My grandmother, her grandmother and uncles were charged from $7,000 to $16,000 for a modest, simple service. Cremation Options gave us plenty of choices for urns or keepsake things but my mom wanted a simple but specific look. We were able to bring in our own boxes and keepsake 'holders' and for no charge. They happily transferred her ashes (and labeled) the vessels we brought in to them for all members of our family that wanted them. So here is the truth, bottom line. We had our mother cremated and brought home for $1,689.00. It would have been $1550.00 but we needed 10 notarized death certificates at $15 a piece with extra non- official copies. That is a fraction of the cost we were quoted from other companies. Please do your research and make the right choice for your family. Sorry for your loss.

He was worried about a leak so he wanted me to keep him updated on the issue. I highly recommend!

We signed up with Neptune years ago. Unfortunately my husband died in hospital the day after Christmas 2024, the hospital called Neptune, and within a day I had a call from Travis. he was kind, and courteous. We went through the things that go along with a death, and I was surprised, and relieved that Neptune had already picked my husband up for cremation, and that they were also dealing with the death certificates. I signed all the documents digitally which was great. Travis called again a few days ago to tell me that my husband was soon to be cremated. The Christmas holidays had held up cremation. Travis said that they would be sending me the cremains, and death certificates. Do I recommend this company, I most certainly do. read more

Travis has been so helpful and extremely kind and companionate. He's very easy to talk to and has offered explanation to the process every step of the way. Fortunately my parents made their arrangements years ago which was super helpful but Neptune was able to work with Nautilus and transfer the contract to us here locally. It has been a very easy process during an otherwise stressful time. read more

The experiences in of these two previous services were quite satisfactory, in hindsight, but my memories of them are vague and unremarkable. I say this, not to be trite or critical, but rather to highlight that this new reinvention as Berry Highland South under the direction of Dignity Memorial was 1000% greater The care and services we received from Berry Highland South, under funeral director TC Linton exceeded my friends, church, and families expectations, and in my opinion, raise the bar in standard of excellence one can expect from a funeral home and cemetery. Making the arrangements and preparations were comfortable and stressless. T.C. Linton and his staff were authentic, measured,and uniquely capable to communicate with a variety of personalities. I mention this facet of their characters and demeanors as a compliment. I read a previous review on here from someone else's funeral that specifically contradicts my groups personal-experience and I call bullshit. Dignity Memorial was actually awe inspiring. There were no kinks, no media failures, no surprises. T.C. demonstrated a remarkable ability to navigate and advise, support and facilitate the funeral WE wanted and did so to perfection. He didn't gouge our bill or hard sell us on anything we didn't need. He was supportive and consoling like a trusted friend, well rounded to receive and heighten the milieu when some of us faltered and fostered a calmness that was measured and appropriate. He recommended a menu for their lounge for receiving friends that is STILL trending on our groups media feed as #bestfuneralever. I can't imagine what their top shelf food package would look like, we got the base offering and my family thought we we're in heaven. Nice. It was epic. TC Linton also did an amazing job on my brothers makeup. His artistry was beautiful and impeccable, my brother looked fantastic and was greatly received. Dignity Memorial was trustworthy and discreet, accommodating and flexible. They were perfect. I never expected to be invigorated and renewed in my soul after the death of my only brother. Our families hearts are enriched and mended. Great Job.

My Grandmother was laid to rest here with a pre-paid plan that had been taken care of years ago. My Grandmother's "package" included a video of family photographs put to music. During the private family visitation the video wasn't put up, they apparently had technical difficulties with the DVD player. They obviously had not checked the video or equipment prior to our arrival. The director kept running back and forth with the remote which was a distraction. They never got the main screen above the casket working and rather than turning it off, kept the logo prompt running through the entire service (very distracting and disrespectful). The put a smaller TV to the side of the casket without the volume (till we asked) where people had to crowd around to see. When asking about the situation, the lady there treated me rudely and had also mentioned a racial slur in front of my husband. Additionally, the online condolences were not accessible for people to express their comments. She had a grandson in Germany who was unable to attend that would have used this service if available. VERY disappointing at such a sad time for the family. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. By the way, the charge to family members for a copy of the dvd is $50!!!!! WOW...
