This review is for my experience with Oregon Clinic Cardiology which is located on the 4th floor of…read morethe Medical Center. The medical center is easily navigated, with a volunteer near the entrance to help you find what you're looking for. Parking is usually easy to obtain although it can be crowded depending on the time of day and the day of the week that one is visiting the medical center. The restrooms are clean and fully stocked. The center itself is neat and clean. Oregon Clinic Cardiology is difficult to contact, with return calls often not addressing what the message was. My own cardiologist has been a challenge to work with but the facility itself is decent. I hope that Oregon Clinic Cardiology can take a "customer service note" from Legacy and up their game to match my experience with Legacy's excellent customer service.

I've had three surgeries at this hospital, two knee replacements and a hip replacements. The pre…read moresurgery appointments all went well, the rooms are nice, and most important, they have a great ventilation system. This is critical which in preventing the spread of airborn bacteria, the main reason I drive this far for the surgeries. Recently had my hip replaced and had worked out prior with my doctor and insurance, that when I as released the nurses would facilitate the necessary home care and PT. Even though I did everything possible to ensure this was arranged prior, when I was released, there was a never ending conversation, disagreement and push back Between the nurses, surgical assistant, PT and OT. Unbelievably upsetting for me who was being released and going home to an empty house! The agency they selected, without telling me there were other options, only provided PT and OT, no home service care which was the top priority. Home service meant help with showering, getting up, light meals. To make matters worse, it took the agency they chose several days to call me, then sent over an evaluator first, and it was this person who finally explained that they don't provide the service I needed! He went on to explain that other agencies did and that I had a choice. At this point, I was 8 days post surgery!!!! So the care I needed then, was no longer needed when I was given this info. And if I decided to go with another agency, it would take several days to submit the order and wait for another evaluator. Then more days to receive care. Come on, Legacy, do better! You only cared about me while I was in your facility and your goal was to get me released regardless of my post surgery needs. It was your job to facilitate this, to let me know I had options and let me choose the option that best met my needs so that I had the proper care for the best recovery. Now that I am educated from having gone through this experience, I will make sure anyone I know who requires this assistance is armed with the information. Thanks to the kindness of neighbors who came Over every morning, noon, and night - helping me up, bringing me food, staying in my house while I showered - I got through those first really hard days and I'm on my way to recovery.

Over the years, I kept thinking about it but didn't have the money or I felt I needed to lose "x" amount of weight. Well at 48, I was in a great place financially, found the Love of my Life and my Life Partner and he loved me just the way I was physically. But... I decided to go for it because I knew it would make me feel better about ME. Dr Connall was recommended to me by a friend who saw him for a tummy tuck (among other things) and she raved about him. I looked online and was impressed that you could actually get a real quote from the site and the price included all pre & post op appointments and the anesthesia - there are NO hidden fees. I scheduled my appointment and after my consultation, I felt exactly the same about him and his team. I happily scheduled my appointment and then Covid struck hard. So after 3 months from the original appointment, I was finally able to get it done in June. I couldn't be happier with the results! I was in minimal pain and the pain pills prescribed to me were fine and I had enough of them. You leave in a minimal support front closed bra and after the first day, I took it off and haven't worn a bra since! I was off work for 5 days - I work at a desk in front of a computer - and that was fine. You will be feeling great after the 2nd day and you do need to remember that you just had surgery and to not do too much. Dr Connall called within a week to check on me and I just had my first in person follow up yesterday. He was happy with how things were healing and the progress of the implant settling. However, warning...if you are going significantly bigger...please remember that you will have chest muscle swelling and the breast skin needs to stretch for the implants to fall and settle. For some reason I thought I would look like Barbie right after...ummm...no...lol. But I am 5 weeks after surgery and they look great now and I know will look even better in the next few months. I would also recommend getting some nipple cream as they will get super sensitive as the skin stretches also. I found some organic breastfeeding nipple cream on Amazon and it has been amazing. All in all....if you ever thought you wanted to have it done...DO IT!!! I am so happy with the results and super happy I chose Dr Connall and his team!

A Cautionary Story -- What I Wish I'd Known Before My Breast Augmentation…read more In 2022, I finally decided to get my breast augmentation -- something I had dreamed about for years. I did my research carefully and chose this clinic because the surgeon promoted a "unique technique" that supposedly eliminates the need for a post-surgical compression bra during recovery. That promise was a huge part of why I trusted him with my body. At first, everything seemed fine. But once the swelling settled and I began to really look at my results, I noticed something was off. My left breast had shifted far to the side -- so much that when I lie flat, it literally slides toward the outer edge of my body. Standing up without a bra, my breasts sit noticeably wide apart. When I put on a bra and pull them together, I love the look. But without it, the symmetry and shape are disappointing -- and completely opposite of what I was told to expect. When I shared my concern during my final follow-up, the surgeon brushed it off with, "Side boob is a good look." Maybe for some women it is, but not when one breast has migrated halfway toward my armpit. That's not style -- that's structure gone wrong. I waited a few years to be sure my body had healed before reaching out again, hoping for an honest conversation about possible correction. Instead, I was told I'd have to pay $190 just for a consultation -- and that they don't offer complimentary post-surgery implant checks, even years later. I had assumed they would at least verify that the implants were still properly positioned and safe. For context, most women are required to wear a post-surgical compression bra (a supportive medical garment that holds the implants in place and helps the chest heal evenly). I wasn't asked to wear one because the surgeon claimed his "no-bra recovery method" made it unnecessary. In hindsight, I wish I had worn one anyway -- it might have prevented my outcome.

At 76 years old and having lived an extremely rough life as a farmer, I have had plenty of worn out and otherwise injured body parts and Dr. Huebert always has a way to fix me up. I am so glad I was referred to him by my PCP. He is top notch. Yes, Dr. Jimmy may be a cowboy but he knows what he's doing and he'll be the frst to try new FDA approved technologies. His curiosity and willingness to try new things is exceptional. If you are looking for someone conservative, he is not for you. I then saw Dr. Jimmy myself for back pain due to a car accident. He got me an MRI ASAP whereas I had been given the run around from my PCP and insurance. He started me on some experimental non invasive peptides which made me feel better immediately and gave me a lumbar injection. we were trying to avoid surgery, but ultimately after 8 months my herniated disc was causing muscle paralysis so I ended up with surgery, but he helped me through the process and continues to be a part of my care team. He is a compassionate man, a little loosy gooat on staffing and offerings, but if you are open to trying new things, he's worth checking out.
