    I came in to GT Auto because I kept getting things in the mail saying I qualify for the vehicle…read morethat I wish to purchase but when I got there I couldn't get the vehicle that I want the person that was handling me his name was Troy Troy told me that I qualify for a vehicle the vehicle was a 2014 Honda Civic I didn't want the car and I didn't want to do the deal Troy insured me that this is a program that he's got going on if follow through with this program you will establish credit the program was to make six payments for 6 months of $355 come back after 6 months and I'll put you in the vehicle that you like. I came back to talk to Troy on the 4th month explain to him that I was getting letters from the bank my principal was up to $785 Troy told me don't worry about paying on the principal. Just make your payments on time for 6 months come back and see me just make your regular payments don't worry about the principal. So am I six payment I came in to talk to a salesman named Tony Tony told me that my credit score is high enough for a 2019 BMW X5 m50i. Tony runs my credit comes back and tell me that I need 4,500 down to make the deal.I asked why he said I still owe on the Honda I told him what Troy said to me he said I'm sorry you was told that but until you come up with $4,500 I can't do nothing for you my total loan $15,800 they added on gap insurance and car theft just to get more money for their deal not happy I recommend going somewhere else for a vehicle these people are bad business. I'm over the fact that I got stuck with a car that wasn't what I desire but it's the fact that I got lied to just so he can make a sale plus add features that I didn't need to get more money out of me I was done wrong and taking advantage of I've always purchased a car through private or in-house my first time dealing with GT Auto bad experience.

    Bought a lot of Chevrolet in my life, on my 4th corvette, most recent 2023 C8. I have to this was…read moreone of the worst experience I ever had, the salesman Vladimir did his hustle to negotiate, but the deal was to replace part of crack bumper, being I bought it straight to a bodyshop to replace the spoiler and exhaust, thought I offer to just pick up the part from them and save them the labor for this $2500 part. Note this dealership is over 2hr drive for me, sadly when I got there, they had order the wrong part, not to mention the parts dept. said the correct part would need paint, as I'm on the phone with the bodyshop, they are able to repair if for only $1500, one would think it make sense to take the deal and less cost for them, but instead the salesman Vladimir said, "let me get back to you" Not knowing what just happened?? As it turns out both Vladimir & manager Jonathan was trying to get a cheaper bodyshop near by to have it fix at $600 site unseen damage, for fiberglass repair..? The inconvenience for me itself is absurd, this followed by "If don't let us fix it cheaper, then we are only going to pay you $600, take it or leave it" WOW what?! Here I was trying to save them part and paint. WTF? I have contacted GM_Customer_Assistance, they did nothing about it as I'm out of pocket $700 for paying full repair. It would took them month and half with calls after calls saying they got the wrong address etc., I finally offer to coming pick it up in person, Jonathan was nice enough to offer me some gas money, sadly as I'm picking the check, the battery completely died on me at the dealer and had to be replace for over $300, what..a 3yr old battery?? Jonathan said, "sorry, nothing I can do for you there. An hr later as I was about to pick up my car, I randomly ran in to another general sales manager Jorge Grajeda admiring the upgrades I've done to the car, I had to tell him what I've been through at this dealership. FINALLY, someone was understanding and cutthroat attitude and walk me to service and ask to charging me only $100 for the battery replacement would work for me, and said "We are not perfect, but we do our best to take care our customers. Here is a kicker, trying to cash the check there next day at BofA, there told me the check either have no funds or something, they will NOT let me deposit it, go figure!! Ahhhhhhhhh! Even though Mr. Grajeda did his best to soften the blow, but no where enough to saved how I was treaded at this dealership after the sale. "Will I ever get my $600?" That is the saddest statement from of the year.

    I would not recommend Velocity Motors based on my experience…read more When I first visited, several of the cars I looked at had noticeable issues, including signs of poor condition that immediately raised concerns. Despite that, the salesperson reassured me that they had a lot of improvements happening -- including a new mechanic, a new shop setup, and that they were actively working on the vehicle I was interested in. Before purchasing my 2012 Mercedes, I specifically asked about a known issue with the driver-side speed sensor. I was told it was a simple fix that would take about an hour, and they agreed to complete it. He made sure this was written into the contract & it was an easy install 1 hour max parts can get instore. After purchasing the car, everything changed. Communication became inconsistent, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get updates. I was then told the part had to be ordered, which took weeks. After that, I was informed they no longer had a mechanic and had moved locations. The explanations kept changing, and no clear plan was ever provided to complete the repair. It has now been months, and the sensor has still not been fixed. I was also told at they will use a third-party shop & cover the cost, but that was never followed through. Instead, I was asked to leave my car for overnight with them..um sketchy under unclear circumstances, I was not comfortable with given the lack of transparency and communication. At this point, I feel like once the sale was completed, the responsibility to follow through on their written promise was no longer a priority. I even expressed concerns before buying about being left without support, and I was reassured that wouldn't happen-but unfortunately, that's exactly what did happen. The car itself is decent, but the experience with the dealership has been disappointing. I am now having to consider other options just to get a repair completed that was clearly agreed upon in writing. I strongly encourage anyone considering this dealership to be cautious, thoroughly inspect vehicles, and ensure any promises are not only written down but actually followed through

A complete waste of time, effort and gas going all the way there to be treated like that.
