Absolute trash of a "company" ..Bought a xr iphone it had some issues brought in in once and…read moretemporarily fixed it.Brought it in the second time and left with a'i dont know' and they cracked the back glass of my phone.Then Saturday went to have it looked at a third time and left with water damage behind my front screen a perfect round water bubble the size of a pencil eraser that appeared right before i was about to leave and they were not expecting me to ask to check my phone before i left so i could show them the date i bought the phone.Thats when this little water droplet started to drip down the front of my screen and im showing them in real time the 'Owner' is literally watching this water drip down behind my screen and leave a trail and looking me straight in the eyes saying i brought him a broken phone when he literally was just on the phone with me showing me that it must not be the battery issue it was a charging chip that they wanted to try and charge me 199$ and having the phone for 36 days at this point and have had it in several times for a "battery" issue that didnt exist.They are either trying to be spiteful or void any kind of warranty that could be applied and im assuming it is for both reasons ..Look on google reviews for all the details that took me a half hour to type out from all the bullshit i had to go through yesterday you might have to scroll past all the fake reviews that they try to bribe people with a 10% discount if you leave a positive review to cover all the incredibly awful things they do and how they treat there customers. Each time I showed up early the attendant got me started without waiting. The attendant was as friendly as a technician type person could be. During my first time...the attendant sized up my Xbox problem and gave me wise advice. I decided not to have them fix the issue as it wasn't worth the cost. On this occasion...my problem was easy. I needed a battery changed on my iPhone. When I got there they didn't have a battery to replace it with. This despite knowing three days in advance that they needed one for this model. Then I hit a text an hour before my appointment reminding me to come in...to replace the battery I need that they didn't have. So..they wanted my time. Though they offered to order the battery and fix the phone in four additional days. The good news is they gave my a referral to store they solved my problem the same day.

And I went and spoke with a guy and he was well-rounded and we discussed many things which tell me a lot about him and the money is the most important thing actually if I can get it all together I would actually spend 10 to 20 more to try to find a battery with 500 to 2,000 more mah capacity and seals which are better to ensure the ip68 rating is retained. And I intend to possibly find a second screen case 450 to $80 unused online I saw recently so it's going to be an investment of the 70 plus maybe 10 to 20 more plus 50 to 80 for the second screen in case and it will revive a phone which was possibly LG's best ever. So I went online and set an appointment for the weekend to see what they could do. I have used Geek squad services (at least the ones down in Miami) ever since High School. They have added memory to my computer, helped me recover files on a busted external hard drive, and so many other different things over the years. When you walk in, they have a tv prominently displaying those who have appointment and when you would be seen. I was happy to see that my appointment was taken and that i did not have much time to wait at all. So i start talking to the Geek Squad tech and he advised that they do not perform repairs of apple products in house, they have to ship it to Apple for repair. He said that due to the age of the device that obviously I am our of warranty. He then described the cost for Apple just to check what the issue is. He said any repairs would be over that amount. He then advised that technically, the cost for just diagnosis was the cost of this current older model alone. I thanked him for his honesty, and said I would just buy a new apple ipad. Only reason why this isnt 5 stars is because I wish that they did apple device repair in house.
