The quote was very reasonably priced and we booked an appointment for the actual deep clean. The day of the deep clean, she arrived with 2 other women and they immediately got to work. My fiancé and I were home during the clean so they worked in the bedrooms and kitchen first while we chilled in the living room and when they were ready to switch, she let us know. The deep clean took about 4 hours from start to finish and they did an amazing job. They move everything from the surfaces before they wipe. They cleaned our window tracks which I was super excited about. I even saw one of them cleaning our ceiling at one point. All of our artwork was wiped down and our home felt much cleaner. We also hired them again in early May and they did a great job again. My fiancé and I are very happy with their service and would love to hire them again in the near future :)

I asked that they do the bathroom, yet when I inspected it the drawers were not cleaned out. Their vacuum did not pick everything up and I had to ask that they clean the sliding glass door in my bedroom. I asked if they could wipe down a stain on the wall and one of them said No I would need to use a magic eraser. She didn't even try to wipe off the stain so I did it and it didn't need much to get it off. After this experience, the value of my money is not worth it. I had scheduled my cleaning for a Sunday afternoon and received a call from Kiran saying that the team they had originally assigned was going to be later than the original time slot because they were at another place. Unfortunately that wasn't going to work for me so Kiran came herself to clean my place! She and Alex did an amazing job and made sure everything was clean and pretty! They were super nice and Alex ended up having to help me clean off a couple of things that were in the garage that I was taking with me (because I can't do spiders) and even helped me put them into my car because they were heavy. She has Evelyn and Daniel doing this daunting task for us and OMG Evelyn is an absolute power house and works miracles. Daniel will probably be a body builder after having to lift all the heavy tubs for us and move ridiculously heavy furniture to clean under it to get everywhere as clean we possible.
